Was at Frontierland tonight. 3 small clear boxes, 1 large box, and 1 unique see-through box made for some great trading options! Got Lambert from Furry Friends that I wanted.

While I was at Disneyland on Saturday to pick up the May the 4th be With you/Reverge of the 5th pins, I noticed the trade box from the Disneyana Store was still not moved to the Showcase Store yet. It was still located at the Gallery register.

I too can confirm the plethora of trade boxes at Frontierland! It's great! We went Wednesday and found Pascal and Mowgli in the clear box!!! Couldn't believe it! At Hollywood Studios, they had the blind box turned around with a clear box cover which essentially made it a 12 vinyl clear box, you were able to trade as you wished. We didn't get anything super exciting, but it was nice to see they were trying to spice up the trading some. It appears they alternate times to do that as we stopped by different times of the day on Saturday and it was mostly blind trading but in the evening the "clear box" appeared again!

I saw this a couple weeks ago and thought it was weird at first but you know what? I like it. I really do. I'm surprised other mystery boxes doesn't offer it. They can just get rid of the other clear 15-slot box and will be one less responsibility. And I saw that it recycles more than if it's mystery - in fact, the couple times I passed by there, half the box was recycled with more than just outlet vinyls. Though the manager was opening some Mascots to put inside.

One real oddity? It seems that depending on which CM you ask, you either get the CM to trade as if it was a clear box, or a CM who blind trades with you... despite you seeing what was inside the box a minute ago.

An interesting find at DLR Star Traders Mystery Box today. The CM kept taking vinyls out of the mystery box for me to see and the fifth one he pulled out was a Statue of Liberty Minnie. Given it had smudges on it and no torch but I still traded for it because I love the look of this one on the old mold.

very confused about the trade boxes ive heard they are now letting you trade twice but when i went to Dstreet DLR the lady let me do one, got SW 2 Leia. found the clear box in star traders and looked at this odd mickey figure that was mostly black and the CM looked at the bottom which was blank and said it was a fake one, but she let me try twice at the mystery box and i ended up with muppets 2 penguin. gotta say most of the vinyls i saw in the boxes were dirty .

where are the other mystery boxes in DLR and CA?

I got a monorail chaser at star traders this morning which I ended up trading with a kid at the trade event for a D cast chaser, even though I didn't need it.

Though I didn't trade at the 3" box at D-Street yesterday, I can report that the clear box was uninspiring. I did see a kid put an A3 Pascal into the mystery box, and his dad was set to put a Park Starz 2 in (I think it was the Tapestry of Nations), but the wife argued against trading a Park Starz figure. I left before hearing the outcome of the deliberation, but I think he did actually trade.

Jr box was a mix of Occupations and Celebrations, but in a major surprise, it also held the Jr 8 gummy bear, which I'd been searching for.

Was this at Disneyland or WDW?

we were there a couple of weeks ago and that was the same for us. the dstreet people are very strict on having to trade once you pick a number as with the park locations (star traders and Off the page in CA) were much nicer if you didn't like the one you chose out of the mystery box...the other location in dl is the gallery which is about to change over to the Disney showcase...that was the trade location that was disneyana and was just a line of vinyls that you can trade from...I am not sure if they will change that with the move...

I got the 3 Star wars 3(not including Luke) by blindboxing. I got the Gamorrean Guard, but when my mom took the vinylmation from me to put it in the bag I guess it got lost in transit ha. It was such a bummer. My dad blindboxed some Animation 3 for me when we were at Epcot and he got Nessie and Stitch. Luke comes from a person to person trade, I was really happy to get him.

We blind boxed two chasers from SW3 and did not mange much in the way of mystery box trades yesterday. Still need the biker scout, wicket, bib, nein numb, Lando, and Leia. We ended up with two Royal Guards in the bloxing.

Was at Star Wars weekends ALL weekend (so AWESOME!!) and blind boxed Wicket (!!!!!) and then later found Nien Numb and a Royal Guard in the blind box over the rest of the weekend! Also pulled a Urban 2 Confetti Mickey out of the blind box. There can be some good stuff in there sometimes!!
