Le Cellier - great filet - it was so tender and worth every penny
Le Cellier - great filet - it was so tender and worth every penny
every time we go we try and get into le cellier but its always booked! but you have to go to the restaurant tokyo dinning, they serve the kids meals in a monorail....that would make for a great photo beachgurl
LE CELLIER! FOR SURE!
Le Cellier is Great!!
We always make reservations for the restaurant in Italy. However, everybody decides they would rather keep going and pick up something small to eat rather than have a sit down meal. So we always cancel our reservation.
The best reason to get a Park Hopper pass at WDW - Epcot restaurants! Spend the day at other parks and go to Epcot for dinner ;)
Last time we went to WDW we checked in at the hotel and went straight to lunch at Teppan Edo in Japan. That night we went to Les Chef de France for dinner - amazing creme brulee! Both are really good especially if you like steak
Have not been to the Italy restaurant on a very long time but it used to suck, I have heard that it is much better now. There are so many restaurants that I have not given it another try. Le Cellier is a big favorite, used to go there alot as a CM - best to try at odd times or you will never get in! My all-time favorite is Restaurant Marrakesh - and their take out place is awesome too.
Not a big fan of the US, German or Norway pavillion foods. All the others are good but I would have to spend my entire stay just at Epcot!

I actually really liked Norway. Didnt think I would, but I had some pasta dish (it was green, that's all I remember)
Andsomeone else who likes Morocco!!

Italy...eh. I went after it was re-done and it was okay. Nothing special. Plus our waiter seemed bother to have to serve us![]()
We've only eaten in a few of the Epcot restaurant, and we were shocked at the results. We had a ressie for Coral Reef (a dream of mine), but weren't impressed with the food at all. Thank goodness the atmosphere was amazing! MIL was dying to try the Rose and Crown, but the family wasn't nuts about the food there either. I liked it, but that might be because I was the only one drinking around the world! Imagine our surprise when we stopped in at Nine Dragons to get out of a storm. It was fabulous-a must do for us on all future trips. Don't be put off by the poor reviews; this one is a hidden gem.
I loved Tutto Italia in Italy. Great food and good service.
My favorite sit down restaurant hands down is Teppan Edo in Japan, it is a wonderful dining experience, the waitresses are the sweetest. I also don't leave Epcot without eating Fish & Chips at the Rose & Crown at least a few times during my visit. DELICIOUS!!! I am hungry now...
Oh I thought of another must eat... the curry udon soup is beyond scrumptious. I enjoy it more in the colder months but I still indulge in the summer.
Pretzel rolls at Biergarten, yum!

Want to try tangierene
We love the Biergarten..but just beware that you sit at long tables with other parties. I find it to be tons of fun. We've had dinner with some people from other countries that were very friendly and we all enjoyed a nice meal together....but I know some people would find it strange......

Ooohhh, and we tried Tangerine just a couple of weeks ago for the first time. I'm a vegetarian so I found it hard to find much to eat there but my husband loved the lamb. I would still recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different!
Paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow......
We have eaten at Coral Reef and wasn't too impressed with the food. Looking at the big aquarium was pretty cool though. Eaten at Teppan Edo in Japan and really enjoyed the food there. Our favorite though is Le Cellier in Canada,we always try to eat there when we go every year.
We love Teppan Edo and try to go there every trip. The food's great and the show isn't too bad either. We'll be having dinner there on Christmas. We're also going to try the new restaurant in Italy on Christmas Eve. Can't wait to get to WDW.
Two tiny wings, eyes big and yellow, horns of a steer, he's a loveable fellow . . .

I got some really good sushi in Japan, dessert in France, and some fine Mexican dining by the volcano!
I tried to start in the France and work my way around but once I got to Germany I was stuffed and had to come back later to finish!![]()
A great way to relax and have a break is to stop by Italy and get a Rose Regal and wonder on over to France for some french bread and a pastry to go with it.
I just came back from a trip to EPCOT and we ate at their new Mexican Restaurant. There is a dish there that 2 people can share for $50, forgot the name of it, it is AMAZING!!!! Anybody know the name of it??
I think they forgot the name of the dish, not the restaurant... Never eaten there though, so I'm not sure. I have eaten at:
Le Cellier: Amazing. Simply amazing.
Rose and Crown: Good, but nothing that really makes it unique.
Biergarten: The live show is even better than the food, which is great.

So, I tried Teppen Edo again over the weekend. The show is good, you get a good amount of meat. But you don't get any salad or soup (have to pay extra) and the veggies are blah (zucchini, onions, noodles and mushrooms) None of which I like.
For the price, it's really not worth it. Just go to a similar restaurant at home. You'll get more food for the price. Definitely wouldn't be worth the 2 credits.

My favorite restaurant in World Showcase was Italy, but at that time it was still the old "Alfredo's" restaurant. My favorite snack type item was Kaki Gori. Yum.
I hope I can make a trip to WDW soon. I really want to try the new Italian restaurants, as well as get some school bread. Never had it, but have seen pictures and it looks delicious!
I would try to drink around the world if I weren't such a drinking light weight.![]()
