and when i went we didn't have annual passes or tickets, and since the meal included a park hopper, i think it was well worth it.
Very good point. I forgot about the ticket. Basically you get a Disney Park Hopper ticket and a free meal, or a free meal and you pay for the ticket, or you can do any small increments in between!

I believe the tour allows you to see only the Club 33 elevator lobby . But what a cool glimpse into something that not many have actually seen.

I went there once several years ago. I was lucky enough to go in through a friend of a friend.

We actually saw Kevin Nealon there.

Here is the picture of the stuff I got.

I'm so jealous. I would love to go there. Unclepez, I love all your souvenirs.

Does anyone know if they let you buy souvenirs if you go on the Walt's footsteps tour?

I've never done Walt's footsteps tour, but if it's true that you only go to the lobby downstairs then I wouldn't think so. The display is upstairs and one of the CMs has to come help you, then get everything from the back.

No they don't give you the opportunity. I took the tour in January and we just stepped into the lobby and took pictures in the elevator.

Aww, that's too bad. I would've taken the tour just to get some cool souvenirs. I guess I'll have to stalk ebay if I want those.

Me and my wife spoke with a couple that had lunch the day before and they said the food was worth the 250 bill but the service sucked. Also they said the toilets where really weird.

What lots of Americans do not understand about a 5 star restaurant is that you are suppose to relax and enjoy the food. The restrooms are strange, but it is Disney, what else do you expect, . The service has always been good for me, a 3 hour meal is fine for me in that restaurant. They always refilled the water, when you stood up to go to the restroom the servers fold your napkin and leave it on your chair. Once our other "drinks" were 3/4 gone, the servers would come and ask if we would like a refill.

I've actually been fortunate to go to Club 33 once and let me just say it was definitely worth it. At the time we had annual passes so we basically ended up paying for the food. I think it's definitely a Disney experience especially since it's so exclusive. We received top noche service and we were really impressed by the dinner, the gold plates, the ambiance, and everything else. I hope to be able to go back at least one more time. I also have pictures, but would have to try to find them. I saw someone mentioned they were a Club 33 member and would be willing to take someone out for a Park 1 vinyl- for anyone who has a Park 1 vinyl and wants a once in a lifetime to go to Club 33, this might be your lucky day! =)

You are sooo lucky you got souvenirs!! I wish I had that Club 33 hat...awesome! I don't remember seeing any of those items (except for the napkin in your picture that my friend took from the bathroom, haha) for sale and they definitely didn't hand any of them out to us. That's precious!!

We have a family friend who has been a Disney Share holder for 30 years. He has more disney insight than anyone I've ever met. He's never been in club 33 and can't get on the wait list as it is now closed. Crazy.

i've been to club 33 once. It's ~100 bucks for lunch but includes admission to the park. so if you dont have a pass its like paying 30 bucks for lunch. The meal includes all you can eat cold foods (ie. salad, fruits, deli meats and cheeses, crab legs, lobster tail, and shrimp cocktail) one entree (i think chicken beef or fish) and the dessert bar. Cant say the food was all that amazing, but it was worth the experience.

I got in with one of my friends who works at Price waterhouse cooper. Apparently they are a corporate sponsor or something so any employee can sign up to go through HR dept or something. So if you know anyone who works there, it's worth asking about.
