Crazy transfer window with Torres and Carroll both making big money moves.
My boys came from behind today to beat Everton. Their goal was miles offsides and very controversial. David Moyes even admitted it never should have been given.

Suarez on the bench today for Liverpool. Birmingham have just equlalized from the spot against Man City. West Ham are beating Blackpool in the relegation 6 pointer.
What a shocking display by Arsenal today against Newcastle. I don't think we will recover from this mentally.
The horror show from Arsenal is somewhat lessened by the fact that bottom of the table Wolves beat United. Get in!
Also, if I counted correctly, there were 41 goals today in 8 games.
Torres loses on his debut for Chelsea. And Roberto Di Matteo out at WBA.
Been a way from boards for a while. Liverpool has the best owner possible. Henry will do things the right way. Carroll move was a gamble but it was a trade off on Torres money. They will be perfect for the new FA rules on managing money yet bringing talent. Squad looks so much better under KK. Great move putting 3 CB on pitch to handle Torres. Carragher looked so good in first match back too which was shocking as he was a liability before injury. Great weekend of football too. Arsenal Newcastle match was great as well as Wolves MU.
By the way, Anders, sorry about Geno's knee. Don't want Flyers to run away with it due to injury.
Chelsea play that diamond midfield and the 3-5-2 should in theory overrun that. So good tactical move by Dalglish. However, I don't think you could get away with that formation against say a Villa that plays wide men who tug the touchline. I think all those people bashing Meireles earlier in the season were dumb and I felt that way back in the fall as well. He is a quality player he just needed a bit of time to bed in and now he looks like one of the buys of the season.
Geno's injury is tough to take. I'm not sure what we do moving forward. Bin the season, try and make a blockbuster trade, etc.
Now can't wait for summer for someone like an Ashley young on the wing. Glad Roy got the West Brom job. Liverpool was just too big for him.
Pens will get huge cap relief to make a blockbuster but do they really want to part with the future to do so. Very smart to keep Crosby out till March with the Concussion. Trust me, you do not want a Lindros or Primeau situation. As much as I DO NOT LIKE Crosby, I can't argue that he could be a top 5 player of all-time when said and done.
Unfortunately United won through a Rooney wondergoal earlier..
So excited for Arsenal v. Barca in the Champions League tomorrow. Should be very interesting.
I'm a massive footie fan, I am a millwall fan and my husband supports Aston Villa, I'm an avid match of the day viewer.
The area we live the majority are west ham followers so you can guess we don't really fit in to well, my husbands got the right colours, just the wrong team!!!
Arsenal, when playing at their best, are the second best team to watch in the Prem. Newcastle match as example, first half it was just masterful play then... Ouch. 2nd half of Barca match again they were just sound in their play, Nasri great pass, what a coup having him. I just can't take Wenger's constant whining even though not as bad as red nose. Wish I would have had the born-in fan stamp that you have in England but still enjoying my newness to Loving Soccer. I can watch so many more matches without disdain. I could NEVER watch Penguins, Cowboys, Giants, or Mets games that my Flyers, Eagles, or Phillies are not a part of. I tolerate no rivalry to my birth teams even though I now live in NC. I find it entertaining to watch any prem match even if Liverpool aren't playing. Haven't acquired the Liverpool follower hate for Man U and Everton yet. Don't route for them but can watch them. If it wasn't for the Stevie G amazing free kick goal I saw in tuning in to my first random prem match, who knows who I would be following. But very glad it turned out that way especially in a downer time so I can't be branded a front-runner.
