No, the filler is the extra vinyl that is included in a box. A set has 11 figures plus 1 chaser, the other set is made up of 11 figures plus a duplicate of one of the 11 to complete the box of 24.

    A full box/tray has 24 vinyls:
    11 figures and 1 chaser
11 figures and 1 filler for a total of 24

    Here's a thread explaining fillers:

This is not known to any of us just Disney
The 9" figures and some sets ( Billiards, Sushi, Disney Afternoon, some tins and special editions are the only ones that have a set LE #.
Here is something that may help figure this out:

"Limited Release" means that a figure or collection will only be available for a certain period of time. Once a Limited Release figure or collection is gone, they're gone. We will "retire" (or stop producing) limited release items in order to make way for new limited release items. There is not a finite production number limited release items.

"Limited Edition" means there will be a finite number of a certain Vinylmation™ figures, collection or item manufactured and sold. The "foot stamp" (the text on the bottom of the figure) on the figure will list the edition size. The edition size may also be listed on the packaging.

Once a limited edition item sells out, it will not be re-ordered again. For Guests, this is a unique opportunity to own a very special Vinylmation™ item. For example, if a figure has an edition size of 500, this means that you could be one of 500 people on planet Earth to own that item.

Hm, that's a good question. I've never really stored my vinyls around heat or anything, so I'm not so sure. I would think the only way they'd really be affected is if they have decals, or stickers on them (like I think the carousel park 3 has that and a few of the older 9 inches have those). But even then, I'm pretty sure they would be okay.

Hopefully someone else can be a little more helpful

So given all the math behind that... We are 3 pieces away from completing a collection with 3 already to trade from that collection...we already have the chaser. Should we continue to buy blindly? or just wait until we can trade here and try to get it that way?

I would say if you have the same amount to trade as you do to complete the set, then it would be best to wait. But it is good to have a variety of traders once you are able to trade so you may get more interest and get what you really want

My strategy is that I usually keep buying the set until i get a double of one that i dont really like. It's trading at D-Street or disneystores, and finally ebay as a last resort from there.
