I'm like a homing pigeon to that area of DHS because of the art gallery! Mostly I just stare and drool, though.

I still have not seen him. Does anyone know what times he'll show?

Animation generally stays open fairly late at DHS, but Lotso (and all M&Gs) in that building tend to end several hours before closing. He was there when I was in WDW in May, and I'm fairly sure he appeared intermittently throughout the day, and was gone by 5 or 6pm.

Someone else hopefully has a more specific and current answer for you!

Most likey in the area at Hollywood Studios where you go to the left from the big hat, go under the archs, into the shop next to Magic of Animation (can't miss it) and there is a door at the back. Go into there and carry on past the ocsar display case to find this area or you can go on the animation thing which is good because you end up coming out into there but the other way is quicker. Hope this helps

thanks for the info! i've never really explored the animation courtyard, i'll have to look around a little more closely next time i go!

He should be there. I believe April 30th is his last day. Then he'll be replaced by Pooh and friends.

We had our photo with Lotso in October 2010, didn't see him this year, pooh bear was in his place which was a little disappointing as we had already had breakfast with him.

I didn't realize Lotso wasn't going to be there this summer. At lest we got to see him last year and we'll be dining at the Crystal Palace with Pooh so that means more time for toy Story Mania

I was disappointed he was not out during our trip last week. They should have let him stay out since pooh is out in other parks.
