    Anyone remember their first ride?

I found some pictures of me at the Magic Kingdom from when I was little...I'll never forget my first ride...Dumbo! I sat there with another little girl that asked me what my name was, and I didn't even know what she was talking about.

Does everyone remember their first ride at Disneyworld?

What a great memory! I wish I remember my first ride. I've seen pictures from my first trip- about age 5- but I just don't remember any of it! I'm sure I rode on Dumbo

I bet mine was train around Disneyland, considering my family's tradition to do that ride first every trip

I dont personally remember my first ride at disneyland but my parents do lol and love to tell it to anyone who will listen, you know parents lol. Apparently my first ride was the haunted mansion at the DLR when I was 5 or 4 or something. So my parents took me on it and apparently they thought I was fine cause I didnt scream or cry or anything but I didnt talk to them for the ENTIRE rest of the trip cause I was so terrified and pissed they took me on it lol. True story apparently lol.

My first ride was IASW at WDW! I remember it like it was yesterday...probably because I was traumatized! I am proud to say though that I have defeated my fear

My first Disney ride was Big thunder in Disneyland Paris, as a family of 5 we had to sit in 3 groups, I got sat next to my Dad and they had the one lap-bar across the whole seat, except the gap that was left between the height of my dad's thighs and mine was pretty big.. I was almost standing over every drop O_o I was terrified that every ride was going to be like that, and loved that space mountain had the over-head pull down harnesses. I remember making friends with a french teen and my parents left me riding with her for a few goes round as there was virtually no line and we kept getting back in the line, until I hooked my purse under my foot and forgot to tighten the straps back up, my purse hit me square on in the face on the loop, coke bottle in there to boot.. I deemed the whole park evil and refused to go on any of the bigger rides for the rest of the day. Had to sit with my Mum everytime Dad and the boys wanted on something, but I did get a nice tigger and pluto plush to stop me sulking LOL

My first ride at DLR/DCA was Monsters Inc, I told hubby that it was like going to the holy grail of Monsters Inc fans.. I'm sure he thought I was nuts back then but he married me even after seeing me squee and giggle over a ride rofl

Not been to WDW yet but will be excited to see which ride we pick to go on first, if Hubby has his way we'll be on Stitch's great escape and if I get my way i'll be Monsters inc laugh floor.. I think we're going to need a coin toss

I don't remember mine at all. I was only 3 at the time. I actually have no memory of anything relating to my life before 1st grade when I was writing a journal at the table in Old Key West. I wonder what my first ride was.....

Spaceship Earth. I was in Kindergarten. We were staying at the Polynesian and didn't get in until afternoon, so we naturally hopped over to EPCOT (my parents were Disney World pros). I remember just being blown away. For years after that - every trip we took, my family would go on SE first and then go eat at the Land in the Garden Grill revolving restaurant. Man, those days were the best.

The first ride I remember was big thunder mountain when I was four. I know I went when I was three but I don't remember the trip at all. I remember waiting in line for big thunder after I made my parents buy me a cowboy vest so I would go on the ride with them.

The first ride I vaguely remember (and most people won't believe this, but it's true) was the 10,000 leagues ride at Disneyland. My parents took me there before moving back to Ohio... I was under the age of one, but had dreams about it for many many years.

My first ride was Splash Mountain, and it's still my favorite Magic Kingdom ride! We could never afford to go when I was little, so my first time was with a band trip in high school. My friends all had been so they said that it had to be my first ride there. Ahhh memories

That is a great first ride. It was not my first ride but I still remember the first time I rode it. We went to Disneyland the summer it opened and it kept breaking down whenever we would get in line. Our last day there we got in line and waited an hour and a half and finally got on. I don't ever remember being as scared as I was the first time we went down that drop. It just seemed to go forever.

Man it's a great ride. I love how scary it is on the way up - you see the buzzards, see them kidnapping brer rabbit.... it STILL psychs me up!!! We just got back from WDW and we rode it 4 times. Easily my favorite Magic Kingdom ride. Tower of Terror is my favorite HS ride, and Expedition Everest is best at AK.
