    Shrek the Musical

On paper I was appalled to read the news of Skrek the Musical. A bloated green Ogre with a washed out movie franchise on Broadway? I typically hate musicals anyway. That said, I listened through the StM CD and it sounds pretty good, surprisingly enough. This gives me some hope for the up and coming Spiderman: Turn off the Dark.

Has anyone else seen/heard this or at all interested too?

They did the StM cake Challenge on the Food Network a while back to celebrate their 100th show on Broadway. They showed clips of the actual show and interviewed the four main actors. The sets and costumes looked great, and from what I heard of the music, it seemed pretty cool.

    The cakes looked good too!

Now I want cake!!! But yea, I've seen clips and it looks pretty sweet. I'm interesting to see how long it'll last.
