Does anyone know about misprints in this series? I collect vinyl, and my boyfriend brought me back an Urban #5 blind box from Florida. The card is for the blue and yellow Gears Dan Howard, and the piece LOOKS like it, except that only one ear has a pink gear on it. the other one is just black.

I mean, I've been Googling for a while, and all the other ones I've seen have two ear gears. Has anyone else run into this?

Sounds like a super-rare error. You might want to hang onto that one for a little while...

Got my first 3 Urban 5 boxes today from eBay. First box was the hippie which I didn't recognize at first, seconf was the Cuppa Tea which is actually really cool in person, the foggy color of the clear stomach looks like tea. And the 3rd box was my favorite non chaser of the series, the Knight. Was hoping for him after I missed an auction for it the other night.

Best thing about U5 is 3D Mickey. Aside from popcorn, xray, and the knight, the rest are stinkers.
    I also collect ceramic unicorns.

I just want the Knight from this set, he looks fairly common. Here's hoping he's not being army built and makes a semi regular appearance in the trade box unlike the other pile of DO NOT WANT.

FYI I just bought 10 BB of Urban 5 on Disney Store.com if anyone else is looking for more. I'm hoping for the chaser! =)

    Hi!

I am retroactively acquiring Moon Landing 9" from the Urban 5 series. He is such a well-designed VM! One of the most clever productions Ever imho! While mine is on the way home to me, I can't wait to see how much his head actually glows in the dark! I like the design on it's own merits, but to have it glow will be such a plus! I can remember the actual Moon Landings in the late 60s (televised in black-and-white!), and for some reason the VM makes me think about those in a nostalgic way. That's why I love Disney and VM -- they are able to blend together childhood memories and modern aesthetic in such a great way! I tend to be sentimental anyway, so I really appreciate the thought and detail Disney puts into the VM design. Finding out about previous editions is a lot of fun, and I appreciate Vinylnation for making it possible to conveniently find information leading to the procurement of these jewels! It is such a fun journey into imagination, so to speak! ;) Have a great day!
