Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival 2010

The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is a spring special event filled with a colorful array of flowers, gardens, topiaries, live music and educational events.

You don't have to be a gardening expert to love this event. It's perfect for Guests of all ages who enjoy the beauty of mother nature! See millions of blooming flowers and a vibrant collection of Disney-themed topiaries, and get up close with hundreds of colorful butterflies inside Minnie's Magnificent Butterfly Garden. On the weekends, meet with top horticulturists at one of the many Garden Town Programs and learn helpful gardening tips, and be sure to attend public demonstrations of advanced gardening techniques from around the world.

On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the festival, finish off the day with a melodious evening at the America Gardens Theatre adjacent to the American Adventure Pavilion and enjoy music from the 1960s and 1970s during the Flower Power Concert Series.

Plus, you can bring some of the magic back home with you—you'll find plenty of gardening tools and products to help you grow and maintain the perfect garden.

Epcot theme park admission is required. Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival events are included with admission to Epcot theme park. Availability is limited for some events. Events may be cancelled at any time.

This is always a neat event to go to. It is just amazing what they can do with flowers. A must see if you are in WDW during this time slot.

I'll be there Kick off weekend too! How exciting - I wonder if all the flowers will really be out that early though... I know when the festival's this long they have to do more in phases.

Flower Power Concert Series

Turn back the clock while you groove and rock at the Flower Power Concert Series. Feel the vibes of some of the biggest names in music from the 60's and 70's under the skies of the open-air American Gardens Theatre at Epcot theme park.

The Flower Power Concerts are every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 5:15 p.m., 6:30 p.m. & 7:45 p.m.

Good luck on the half! My inlaws are doing the 5K. I'm running the Gasparilla half marathon in Tampa on 29 Feb so I'm not doing another one that quick but I'm signed up for the wine & dine half in October.

We'll probably be around on Saturday cause it's our anniversary and we normally eat somewhere at Disney. We usually hit 2 or 3 of the flower weekends during the course of the festival. Its a great time of year to be at EPCOT.

NEW Garden Town Breakfast

March 21, April 18, May 16 – 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Enjoy a welcome breakfast prepared by our chefs that will include a special selection of fresh ingredients from our own Land Pavilion while having the opportunity to learn some garden and culinary techniques from professional horticulturists and chefs. $60.00 Per person plus tax; gratuity is included and Theme Park admission is required.
