My family and I ate at La Brea Bakery for lunch last Tuesday and it was amazing!! The corn chowder soup was phenominal and the slider sandwiches were great too!! We are definitely going to hit that place up again in the future!!
Love, love, love the atmosphere in the Rainforest Cafe!!!
Every time I go Jazz Kitchen and La Brea never disappoint me!![]()
Last time we went to Downtown Disney we went to the Jazz Kitchen... I got the Jazz Kitchen Cheeseburger. BEST cheeseburger EVER!
I like the La Brea Bakery, i just find that rainforest cafe is too noisy for me. I'm usually looking for a quiet sit down after a long day at Disney and rainforest just doesn't do it for me.
I like Tortilla Jo's. Good times there. I also like ESPN's food. I used to like Rainforest, but the last couple of times I went there they didn't impress me too much. I haven't been there recently so perhaps it deserves another shot.
Definitely Rainforest Cafe! I love eating and watching the fish swim right next to me!
ESPN Zone...is there anything else there???
or the beignets from jazz kitchen, always worth the trip out the park

i vote espn zone. to me rainforest cafe food is just blah, and the only other place i have eaten an actual meal from is the pizzeria and honestly the service and the food were absolutely horrible. i have been fortunate with espn zone, plus i get to watch sports which is a nice break from disney.

It's not a restaurant, but the Wetzel's Pretzels is my favorite place in Downtown Disney. For some reason, everything tastes better at Disneyland...
*Sigh* I want to go...![]()
Tortilla Jo's = great mojitos!
I like the appetizers at Rainforest Cafe! I also really like adventuring out to other restaurants near Disneyland, like the Garden Walk area, since we go so frequently that it's nice to have a variety of food. My top choice at Garden Walk would be Cheesecake Factory...yum!

I just tried Portobello's this past weekend (WDW DTD). We tried the 'meatball bar'. The meatballs were good but there are only 4 kinds.
Just so you know this is Disneyland's Downtown Disney! But here is Florida's thread if you want to post it there too!

The T-Rex has very good food, but like Rainforest is kind of loud. The displays around the restaurant are amazing though and some of the effects used are very cool!
For quicker meals that don't require reservations, we love Earl of Sandwich! Their soups are fantastic & the prices are so reasonable - you'd never know you are at Dinsey!!
voted espn zone...
I thought Tortilla Jo's was lousy and overpriced the first time I ate there, but it's growing on me - now I just think it's overpriced. The balloon artists that make the rounds at night are a good way to distract the kid(s) for just long enough that you don't have to make a mad dash to finish your meal before a meltdown or jailbreak.
Still a mega fan of Naples! No trip to Disneyland is complete without a dinner there!![]()
When I ran the 1/2 marathon there this year I could not get enough of the nachos from the outdoor tace place. the Jazz kitchen express was pretty good too.
