Oh another great place to eat that I really like is at the Grand Californian! I love going to storytellers cafe, really great food and service, and most of the time they have buffet as well as a great menu!

Its kind of funny how no one seems to have a good experience at Tortilla Joe's... Hands down my favorite restaurant in DTD is still Naples!

The food is great at Naples for sure, but I've had really bad service there before!

True! Its a hit or miss at most of the DTD restaurants but they have been consistent in the quality of their food every time I have gone there! So its good in my book!

If you go to the grand and want a quick service type restaurant go to white water snacks right by the hotel entrance to California Adventures, it is very good!

Yeah Storyteller's at the Grand Californian is good! You can also valet at the hotel! Tell them you are going to eat at storyteller's and you get 5 hours for free! All you have to do is tip and also get your ticket validated from the restaurant

We ate at tortilla's joe once and the food was awful, I wouldn't bother to eat there again. Also the cafe at California Adventure by the pool area is really good. Freshly made hamburgers to order. For the price and quality you can beat it.

Catal is probably the best, but also the most expensive. I'm not sure I'd pick it over Steakhouse 55 or either Grand Californian restaurant, but among DTD restaurants it is the best. Nice place for breakfast too.

My short review of the other restaurants:
Tortilla Jo's - Kind of like El Torito. Not authentic at all. I hear the service is bad. I've only ever eaten at the bar.
Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen - I like the express window more than the restaurant. The sandwiches (also available in the restaurant during lunch) are very good. I think I can make better gumbo and jambalaya.
Rainforest Cafe - I have never eaten at the DTD location. I have eaten a few times at others and it has been OK, but not great. I'm scared of snakes and so I avoid the place.
Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria - Have never eaten here.
La Brea Bakery - OK, but way too expensive for what you get. The food is Corner Bakery or Panera quality for almost twice the price.
House of Blues - Have only been to concerts.
ESPN Zone - The ribs are the only thing worth getting. They are probably some of the best I've ever had. Everything else is mediocre.

For a big sports fan such as myself, it's a no-brainer...ESPN Zone is the best. Food isn't spectacular, but it isn't bad and the games are always on.

Napolini's if the pizza is just baked and hot, have had the same experience at Trader Jo's-- it always looks so good when you walk by but is never very good when you eat there. We also like Wetzel's Pretzels followed by Haagen Dazs for dessert.

I'm not really a big fan of the food in DTD. There's better food in the parks or hotels or even off-site IMO. If I had to choose, I kind of like Naples because I'm a pasta fiend.
