Oh those are good too. Our waiter at Cafe Orleans was nice enough to give us two orders for free on my friends birthday, but it is a tie for me between Cafe Orleans and Jazz Kitchen, guess it just depends on what kind of beignet you want...lol

I really want to like Tortilla Jo's but every time I go there I walk away feeling sick, and then end up getting sick the next day.

I think its more of the Americanized crap. I haven't stepped foot in there since they opened and don't plan on it anytime soon.

I do like breakfast @ La Brea Bakery. Agree with cbisson that it's on a pricey side.

I don't like La Brea Bakery Express. Haven't been there for a while. The last time I was there, they gave me a stale and cold croissant. I ask them if they could heat it up for me. And they told me they don't have anything to do that. Hello, don't you have the kitchen right next door. I wonder if Nancy Silverton hear of this that she will approve.

I thought Tortilla's Jo was not that bad. Although it comes in a bottle, but I love the habanero tobasco they have. Ate there only once and didn't get sick . I might go back to try some other things from there next time.

I didn't like the beignets from Jazz Kitchen. For some reason, I thought beignets were suppose to be light and fluffy. But my very first experience with beignet was @ Jazz Kitchen and I thought it was too doughy for my taste.

I recently tried a red velvet cupcake @ The Cupcake Store (Pagoda looking kiosk right outside of ESPN Zone). Dare I say that it is the best red velvet I've had so far. Even better than Magnolia's in NYC. It is pricey, $5 per cupcake.

@cbisson: Thank you for the beignets recommendation @ Cafe Orleans. I dropped by DL on Monday to browse for some pins and decided to have lunch there. Ordered the beignets for dessert, and it was all that I was expected in a beignets. I also agreed on the vanilla bean sauce. That sauce was delicious. Next time I'll probably just ask for the sauce and they can keep the raspberry jam. I couldn't finish everything so packed the remaining 3 pieces to take home, and it was still good in the evening. BTW, make sure you ask them for extra vanilla bean sauce if you're packing the leftovers.

I havent eaten ralph's, naples, or la brea yet, but everything else i have tried i have enjoyed. I would probably say my favorite would be rainforest since i actually eat there a lot. I don't eat at the other restaurants enough to really like what they have.

I haven't eaten at Downtown Disey too much, but of all the places I have eaten at the Rainforest Cafe is the best so far.

I've never eaten at any of these in the California DTD. I have eaten at the house of blues in Orlando and it was very good. Also love the Earl of Sandwich.

Yeah, thats happened to me before. I did end up going in January because some family wanted to go and the service and food was actually really good but one good trip doesn't make up for all the bad ones!
