after seeing 100 promos for this show during the course of the Olympics, i've gotta say it's piqued my interest...can't wait for SEPT to see what it's all about.
anyone else??

I'm still kinda iffy about it (even after seeing 100 promos). I like the concept, but not sure if I will like it over multiple episodes.
It's a nice concept but for some reason I don't see it taking off. It reminds me of that show where everyone blacked out at the same exact time from a couple years ago--nice concept but poorly executed. HOpefully I'll be wrong! I'm gonna give it at least 2 episodes before I decide.

I'm willing to give it a shot but I must say that after decades of being a pretty loyal NBC viewer, I am really ticked that they cut off "live" performances by The Who and by Muse in order to show Animal Hospital. My wife's comment was, "how dumb does NBC think we are?"
yeah...generally speaking i'm not a big fan of most of what NBC puts out there these days. ABC and Syfy seem to be our networks of choice anymore...
the concept for this show reminds me a lot of the CBS show 'Jericho' about 4 or 5 years ago - where the world was pretty much annihilated by nuclear war, and the survivors were congregating and creating makeshift cities 'western-style'...i actually really like the show - but it was cancelled after 2 or 3 seasons. 'Revolution' seems to be based on a similar premise...i'll definitely give it a shot!

Wow, I must admit.... this show is pretty interesting. It's a little far fetched in the sense of certain scenes giving off some logical weirdness (think: In order to get to a store behind you, you take right turns around the block instead of just turning around and walking directly to the store). The overall story is pretty intriguing---epic sword fights!
I finally have two shows I get to watch on TV! This and OUAT!
i really wanted to like this show but the main girl (Charlie, i think) and her uncle have to be the worst actors ever. Esposito plays a really good bad guy. the most intriguing thing about this show is the lady that is chatting on her computer. How? Who? that might make me suffer through the rest of the trash.
Insert signature here.
Isn't that the dad from Twilight? 'Nuff said there. I'm gonna give it a few more episodes before I decide whether or not to nix it from my lineup. It's definitely something I DVR because I hate when TV shows are on at 10. I'm usually asleep by 10:20

I didn't watch the Olympics, so I have no idea what this show is about. Based on the comments here, I think I'll hold off on starting the show.
[rant] I can't believe Alcatraz wasn't renewed. We watched the whole season and thought it was good and built up well for season 2. The problem with networks is they started cancelling a series after a few shows, so we decide to not watch a new series unless they make it to around episode 6. Now they do this, so should we decide to not watch a new series until season 2 is ordered? Of course, if everyone does the same, no new series will get past episode 3. The whole Network TV model is on its last legs, I think. At least Dexter and Homeland seasons start up this weekend. [/rant]
The networks have been showing zillions of promo for the new stuff this fall. I was massively sick of seeing the promo for Elementary. I watched the 2 new revolution and I'm not sure what I think yet. I'll watch 2 or 3 more and then decide.
Every time I see the commercials for this I pick up a strong hunger games vibe!
Yeah that's Charlie from Twilight. lol
I was home sick with nothing to watch and this was on demand. I actually have to say I'm really enjoying it. Especially after the second and third episodes and we learned a little more about the characters. It seems like every episode has gotten better in my opinion, so I hope that it keeps on that path.

I DVR anything I watch. I don't watch live tv! This week my DVR got stupid and didn't record Revolution and only the first 2 episodes are available on demand, sigh. Guess I'm done watching it.. lol
