It’s the year of the Superhero, with two big time blockbusters on the big screen and big happenings in the pages of every comic book. This swap is riding on that bandwagon and challenges the artists of VinylNation to bring out the inner power of their custom creation.

Rules and Consideration
MOST IMPORTANT: You must meet the Trading & Selling Guidelines for this forum aka 2 weeks of membership and 50 meaningful posts. No Exceptions.
Design- The theme of the swap is Superheros. Now, this is where I encourage people to creative. While I’m not going to say no to the mainstream super hero characters, I am going to ask that you don’t do an already existing superhero right out. Put a twist on it! Make it a Disney character as an existing hero or make up your own! Make a super hero a super villain! Be creative!

Blind Box- Every custom artist will create a Superhero Custom of their own design, whatever they want as long as it follows the spirit of this swap. Then, all artists will send their custom to me by the end of the creation period. I will take some pictures of the set altogether and then package them up again. I will randomize the customs and then I will send out the customs to their new owners! A $5 entry fee will apply in the case Blind Box is selected to cover shipping to their new owners. Examples include the Cutesters Kid Redesign Swap and the D-Tour Swap.
Deadline- Your custom (for BB) or pictures of your custom (RP) must be sent out to me by August 3rd, the end of the creation period. If not in my hands August 3rd, I will need a valid tracking number. If you do not, you will be blacklisted from any future swaps. Please PM me if something comes up and you will have trouble sending by the deadline.
Shipping- If Blind Box is chosen, then a $5 entry fee will be required to participate to cover return shipping. Once you finish your custom, I’ll give you my address and you will send it to me. I will take pictures and randomize the customs before sending them out again. For locals, meeting at Downtown Disney in WDW is also an option.
Posting of Pictures- Please do not post any pictures of the custom you created anywhere on the internet until after the swap. Once everyone has posted in this thread that they have received their customs, I will put up one big post with pictures of all of the customs created for this swap all together. After that, you are free to post them anywhere. This is to keep the element of surprise which makes these swaps so much fun!
Originality- Please create an original custom design for this swap. Please do not just throw in a custom you have sitting around. While I think the theme of this swap will prevent that, I just wanted to have it said.
Remember to be respectful of your other artists and HAVE FUN!- This swap is open to artists of all skill levels who want to play with the theme. Don't be discouraged if you have little experience, this could be what gets you started in customizing Vinylmations! Also, please be respectful of other people's talent/designs/etc. This is for fun and I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!
