I went back this morning and found some Red Trolley's at Off the Page. There were only about 20 left. Did not see any on Buena Vista Street.

Just came from Off the Page. They had about 20 AP Trollys. They are located on the wall opposite of the regular VM display.

Yes, they have all been released.

So are there any new trading boxes in Cars Land and or Buena Vista street?

Yes, all the other DCA open window boxes are pretty much sold everywhere. I personally saw them at Off the Page and the store across Flo's Diner.

They had Radiator Springs Racers today in Carsland. I picked one up... it's quite nice! Also got the DCA Grizzly Bear and Ariel. I was told the "AP" Trolley isn't actually an AP exclusive, and that anyone can buy it. Apparently that is why it's on the sales floor.

went to off the page, there wasn't any on display but I asked the cashier and he was about to pull one from the back. He told me it was the last one. Take it with a grain of salt. I also checked the other stores on buena vista but wasn't able find any.[IMG][/IMG]

Well there are two trolleys (the AP and the open edition one) I wonder if the CM knew the difference. From my experience many don't know much, if anything, about VMs.

Could be. He said he was a collector and referred to it as a premium edition or something, but kept saying it was open to anyone willing to pay the premium price for it. I was going to get it but when he said it wasn't an AP vinyl I passed.

On an unrelated note, did anyone who got the 9"RSR or BVS vinyls take notice of how flimsy the plastic on the package is? It gets wrinkled super easy! I'm a bit disappointed they cheapened out on the packaging on these, since the artwork on the cardboard part is really nice.

I say you have a 50/50 chance. It seems like every other day a store in DCA gets a small shipment of them

I got 2 of the AP Red Car Trolley vinyls on Thursday from Off The Page. There weren't any on the floor but I asked about it and an AP Cars Land shirt and one of the cast members grabbed the shirt and an entire box of vinyls from the back. It's a great looking vinyl - despite my feelings about the new mold. haha.
The wonderful. The amazing. The 9th wonder of the world.... the BACK SIDE of water!!

Guys - I gotta chime in after reading alot of posts here...
I couldnt make it on June 15th (Friday), so I went to DCA on Sat PM and had a list of things I wanted. Went to Off the Page, and the first few CMs told me that everything (DCA Vinyls) was sold out... no more, and dont know when or if we are getting more. SO.... I go to every store in Cars Land and ask, and most CMs have no idea there is a 9" LTD version of Buena Vista Street or the Radiator Springs ride.
Then, I go back to Off the Page and meet a great CM who says that there are a "bunch" of LE 9" on the way, and that he would hold one for me, but I needed to come back in an hour or so.... so I come back 40 mins later, end up waiting another 30 mins, and finally he goes in the back and grabbed with one of the 3" APs, and one each of the 9" LE 500s... I go to the counter to pay, and the Cashier CM asks me where I got them... I told her I got them off the shelf, and she says "Oh, the new shipment must have come in"....
Moral of the story is this : if you dont like the answer you get from one CM, just ask another and you are likely to get a completely different answer. It seems that they have really staffed up at DCA, and most of the CMs are new... they just seem to give whatever answer they want to give, so look for someone who gives the impression they have been there for longer than opening day, and see if you can get a better answer from them. I dont really blame them, but you can tell if they have a clue or not... they are all "nice" just some seem to revel in the fact they have a small bit of power with their knowledge and try to make a bigger deal out of it than necessary.
Off the Page seems to be where all the "goods" are at DCA... stop by and ask, you may get a good answer !

totally true - be careful man, that new plastic on the front is super thin, and easy to wrinkle... good point !

I went to DCA after work, and Off the Page still had 9" Buena Vista Streets. I went ahead and got one to go with my RSR vinyl. They didn't have the AP Trolley on the shelf, but they had some behind the counter. I went ahead and got that one too. I'm glad I didn't miss out on it after all. I'd like to get the other open edition DCA vinyls to go with my Ariel and Grizzly Bear, but I'm not in a real hurry.

Also, Lizzie's in Cars Land no longer had RSR vinyls.
