Rides that need to get Refurbished

Hey Everybody! I want your opinion on rides at DL that need to get refurbished. I'm sure they will be good opinions! Discuss why you voted for one. I voted for Jungle Cruise. They need to get new animals in there.

The only thing on that list I think needs a refurb is Its a Small World. I hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaate that ride. I feel like its way to tacky to be apart of Disneyland. Everything in Disneyland is beautiful and magic and awesome but Its a Small World has streamers from Party City, then you look up and there are just normal ceiling tiles, some of which are miss matched colors and some are missing. I think it is just awful.

I totally agree with you. That would have been my second choice. It's just a big showroom full of audio animatronics on big stages. Why can't it be like Pirates of the Caribbean because that ride has a sky over the ceiling to make it look like you're in time with the pirates. Also, I look over the side of the boat, and I see the floor. It's a pretty bad ride at the moment. It feels like it's a ride at the carnival.

I absolutely agree about IASW. It could be a really awesome ride, but it just needs to be upgraded. A couple decades ago I remember it being creepy as a kid haha I think the concept is fantastic though, allowing kids (and adults) to see the different cultures of the world. Even if it does feel like a carnival ride!

I think small world is okay but The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh should get refurbished because the ride is old know one goes on it and the Country Bear Jamboree was so BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope they can bring it back replacing Winnie The Pooh

I really think Gadget's Go Coaster should be refurbished because when I went on it with my 3 year old cousin, everything looked old and the paint was faded on everything.

Yeah, they really need to repaint that ride. Also make it longer. The last time I counted the time for that ride was 58 seconds. The shortest ride at DLR I believe.

Ugh, it's always, like, a 20-minute wait for that ride! I think they should repaint it, make it faster, and spread out the track more.

The first time I went on that ride, I was confused once we reached the end. We were all thinking, "That was it?!" I guess it is made for the little ones, but still! I don't know how much can be done in the space they have, they would have to do a whole big project...

Yeah I totally agree with you. Last time I went on the ride, it was a 20 minute wait for a "less then a minute" ride. It's basically a miniature roller coaster for little kids so that's probably why they didn't make it as fast.

Exactly. There is no really space to expand it in Toontown. BTW, in case you are probably wondering why the wait is long, it's because it's the only roller coaster at DL that is fully outside. At DCA, it's California Screamin'.

That Nemo ride needs a little pep. I stood in line for 60 minutes for 2 minute sub ride with dirty windows, 2 seconds worth of nemo.
