    Holy Grail of Vinylmations

Where can I find a list with pictures of all the vinylmations?

What ones are the most sought after? Maybe top 10??

What is the average price for the 3 inch vinylmations at Disney World?

Is the 3 inch the most common to buy and trade?

    Thanks kb

You can find a list with pictures either here on VN under "released series" at the top bar, or on the Vinylmation website in the "vault." as far as the most sought after, in my opinion it's the older series, like the early parks and urbans, that are now retired and not in production anymore, or the Ghost Obi Wan chaser variant from the Star Wars series. Average prices are anywhere from $9.95 to $12.95 depending on the series...parks are $12, cutesters are $9. These prices are for the current series in production. When they retire or are super rare they shoot up. for example that Gost Obi is selling on eBay anywhere from $200 to $400. The 3" vinyls are more common simply bc there are 12(+) to a series usually with special limited editions sometimes too, as opposed to the 9" where there can be anywhere from 1 to 5 for that series. The 3" are easier to trade because not only can you do it online, but you can trade at Disney stores with trade boxes or at certain locations at the Disney parks. Hope that answered your questions a bit and welcome to VM

First, welcome the forums You'll find a ton of great information here. Be sure to look around and explore all of the different threads. I'd start by reading the rules and guidelines regarding the forum: http://vinylnation.net/forums/showth...and-Guidelines

Secondly, I'll try to answer some of your questions:

As Kara-Bo-Bara said, you are able to find each released series on the Vinylmation website under vault as well as right here on VN under released series (found next to Forums underneath the large Vinylnation.net symbol). There are also individual threads regarding each series should you want to find more information. The most sought after seem to be the earlier series (such as Park 1, Park 2, Urban 1, etc.) Some figures from current series are highly sought after as they are a bit harder to come by (such as Ghost Obi, All Other Guests variant from Park 6, etc.) I couldn't even begin to guess a top 10 most sought after.

3" vinylmation varies in price. The 3" is the most common to buy and trade. The parks offer trading of 3" vinylmation (with the exception of create your own figures) through mystery boxes and clear boxes. Disney Stores typically have a small clear box that holds 3 vinyls. However, 9" are available as well and lots of people collect them.

Thanks for the great info. This is my third day looking into vinylmations and I know absolutely nothing. I agree this site looks like it has a lot of great info Ill just need to start sifting through it. What is a chaser? Where do you like to purchase from to use for trades? What should I be looking to spend on trader vinlmations?

    Thanks Again

A chaser is a "mystery" vinyl whose picture is not displayed on the Vinylmation box. They are rare in that there is only 1 per case, so your chances of pulling a chaser is 1 in 24 from a new case.

You can purchase vinylmations throughout DLR and WDW, along with other Disney stores (like D-street). They are of course available online at places like ebay.

As for traders, I trade my vinyls that I have duplicates of, or ones that I am not too interested in. I only have 3" vinyls (thus far), so my price range for each is what Kara-bo-bara had mentioned in her post. I tend to buy blind boxes from series that have designs I'm interested in. If I don't happen to pull what I wanted, I either keep it and buy another box or trade it.

It's really a lot of fun and exciting to collect vinyls! I hope you enjoy it as much as everyone else does here
