"So Tasty" Series

They look a bit weird, its been said, almost like cutesters.... going to be a big NO to them for me, I was going to get the ice cream one due to work, but it looks like its gone off or is just mint choc chip....just too baby like & yeah they do like something McDonalds would give away.

Awww I quite like them! I think I'm in the minority on this one hahaha. I love that Goofy's fro is being used as the popcorn overflowing from the bucket and I like the overall approach to the ice cream. The faces are borderline too much, and I agree that it's like Cutesters Too but I liked the majority of that series . I'm not 100% certain that I'll buy the whole series, as of late I've been much more selective. Looking forward to more sneak peeks at the remaining pieces!

They're kind of cute in a creepy sort of way. I will wait to see the rest before I decide if I want to buy a couple. So far, I could probably pass on adding these 2 to my collection.

I really wanted to like these, and I love other food inspired designs like the candy apple and urban sundae. But I agree...these just look creepy. The ice cream looks like he might come alive at night and eat your face off :/

I will be buying these. I know my daughter will love them. Don't like the idea of having them in one case together though. Maybe strategically placed around my kitchen

We're current;y traveling and when we were at a Disney Store in Indiana, the Cast Member brought out 5 of the 6 So Tasty Figures. Which come out on June 4th.

They are $11.95 each, open window, and there are only 6 (according to the back of the box).

The 6 are -
Bacon Cheeseburger (which smells like a smoked burger)
Mint Ice Cream
Grape Soda
Root Beer (Clear figure body)
Frozen Lemonade (its mainly green and the face is puckered!)
and Popcorn (which they didn't have there)

And unfortunately they are cuter in person than I thought they were going to be...

Glad to see this set has been reduced to a set of 6 rather than a mystery box set... I still don't plan on picking these up but this move to reducing the range is probably a bonus

Yep. I still have a few packed away somewhere. I don't think they were branded as Transformers or GoBots, though.

As for the So Tasty Series, I agree that I think making it an open-window series was the way to go, as was keeping it small. I'm still not sold on adding any pieces personally, but those are two good decisions from the VM team.

After Allotes pointed out the McDonald's transformers connection, I realized the So Tasty series kind of reminds me of those McDonalds Dress-Up Nuggets they had at Halloween. And thus, by association, I kind of like this set more now.

Okay the popcorn's "hair" is adorable...I wonder if it'll be removable so you can put a popcorn fro on other vinyls
