Surprise Announcement on New Year's Eve

According to Walt Disney World's page last week, management is planning to make a "special surprise announcement" on New Year's Eve within the Magic Kingdom. Rumors are circulating that Magic Kingdom will be open 24 hours on Leap Day, while other rumors suggest SpectroMagic will perform that night. We will see how it goes, I guess. The announcement is supposed to air during Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve!
