Starting at SWW, you'll be able to build your own droid
Build Your Droid at the Droid Factory Coming to Tatooine Traders at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
What!!?? I am a DLR annual passholder and we don't get a magazine type thing. I am totally jealous!
Now that I know about the build your own driod thing, I think the husband it going to want to go sooner rather than later next year. LOL!

General answers, since it's a pain to quote multiple posts on my phone:
The celeb autograph Fastpasses are gone by rope drop. Depending on the celeb, long gone. There will usually be a stand-by line, but it's not generally promising. The lone exception tends to be Ashley Eckstein; she's generous enough (and not known quite as much), so you can almost always get her autograph during any of her signing times.
Passholder-specific merch usually lasts into the second weekend (at least), and there's a fair chance it will make it to the last weekend.
Oh, and the line to build your own R2 starts right here.
I've never been to Star Wars Weekends. Just how crowded does Star Tours get? Is there any point going in Tattooine Traders or should I do all my shopping at Darth's Mall? Thanks.
Seriously cool! Hubs gave it the thumbs up too!

Ok, waiting to get into this place to get VMs. This is absolutely insane. Had no idea I would be waiting like this just to get in to buy. Nevermind the huge line to pay I see.
Always got a kick out of the die hard fans in full gear lol
I went last year and had an ABSOLUTE BLAST. Sadly I wasn't able to go this year due to multiple problems but I would've loved that towel and the shoes. Just out of curisoity, how much are the shoes? Last year I got in line to see Peter Mayhew while my dad saw Ray Park. I really wanted to go
EDIT: Just looked at the celebrity appearances and the only 2 I'd be interested in are Ray Park and Jake Lloyd so I'm somewhat releaved I'm not missing anyone too awesome. The best part of my experience last year was tracking down all the characters for pictures and autographs. There was a hilarious run in with a Tusken Raider that my dad stupidly did not record
There's a whole website here with the writer/artist's work
