    Disneyland Kinect for XBOX 360

Hey all! Well, I didn't really know where to post this... either here or Games forum but I figured that it's better here.

Has anyone played this game yet? It looks pretty tame but awesome nonetheless! I mean cmon, it's Disneyland at your fingertips 24/7 for those not lucky enough to live close by LOL!

    Pre-release gameplay footage here:

I am super interested in this game but we don't have Kinect.. Just an Xbox 360. I am curious to hear others feedback about the game before I invest in a Kinect add on. Thanks for starting this thread!

If you don't know already, Kinect will be on sale for $99.99 on Black Friday practically everywhere lol! I would say THAT would be a good time to invest in one, as I will lol!

Also, even without Disneyland Kinect, I think this platform would be an awesome way to exercise and have fun. I plan to make a fool of myself dancing to Bad Romance in some dance game in private when I get it .

That just mad me laugh out loud! Hilarious!

And thanks for the heads-up about Kinect. I usually avoid Black Friday shopping but maybe I will send the hubby out!

I love the Kinect and the Disneyland game is great. I thought it'd be lame, but it's so cute and what I love the most (so far) is as you move around, it has all these theme musics that fade into each other just like at the park. We heard COP (a ride we got stuck on for nearly a full cycle but still seem to love in a cheesy way) and freaked out (in a good way).

Might even pick up a 2nd and or 3rd for other xboxes. Yeah, I know, crazy.

I didn't think i'd enjoy it as much, but the collector in me has me hunting down all the hidden Mickey's and going round collecting character autographs and photos of the different "Attractions" is quite addictive. Haven't played many of the mini games for the attractions (Too busy collecting), however It's a small world was quite entertaining, but like the ride i suspect it will get old after the first time through! Having never been to DLR i can't say how accurate the park is, but from what i've seen of park footage, it seems to reflect the park very well.

We picked this up for the "Family" Christmas present this year. Pretty excited to try it out and see how it is. I can't wait to see how accurate it is having just gotten back from DLR 3 weeks ago!

Got this for the kids... Aged 4 and 2.

They preferred the Sesame Street game.

    Sorry.

My girlfriend and I picked this up as we had some extra gift cards. We got it and love it. It's extremely accurate the to park, and on a good sized tv with surround sound, gives you the feeling of really being there.

One of the things that sticks out in my mind is being at my girlfriends moms house with a 55 inch tv and surround sound. I play normally on a 32 inch normally with just tv speakers. But I was walking through Main Street and heard a mom telling her son to not let his sister out of his sight. All this while I'm doing a quest. Also heard many other side conversations.

My boys love it. I thought it was pretty great too. The park is almost crazy accurate and the quest games are a lot of fun. I like how it takes pics of you doing stupid stuff to show you later. So far the kinect has been a big hit. As of late they have been playing Skylanders though and not a whole lot on the kinect.

My kids love this so far! My daughter has played it for probably 3-4 hours straight and it says she's only completed 4% of the game! It's really cool and crazy accurate!

I like it!! Since I've never been to DL, it's cool to experience the park and see things virtually I have never seen. I will say that I can't play for too long, I get sore, I'm getting old

No kidding! The Tigger part of the Winnie the Pooh ride killed me! (it wasn't till after I hopped up and down like an idiot through the level that I figured out you could just to the motion with your arms).

It's crazy too just how accurate it really is! I haven't had a chance to play it too much and walk around the entire park, but from what I HAVE seen and played it is amazingly accurate to the real thing! PERFECT for those who have never been before!

It is indeed a VAST game, especially for children. It's also VERY active, especially for adults.
