Not so crazy that the website crashes like with the Designer dolls. You should be able to get an order in just fine. Like Horizons1 said, the deals may start on Thanksgiving day (the 24th), and we'll be sure to keep everyone updated on what's happening this year. I'm sure we'll know soon. You should get an e-mail the morning that a new sale will begin as well.

They won't be $10 this year. If anything, they will change their mind about them being $15 and raise the price because they are selling extremely well at full price as it is. These aren't your average toddler dolls that are seen every year. They are Animator dolls! Plus, stores will carry these after the holidays, they aren't a Christmas only toy.

And the additional 20% DAT promo ends at 10am, not 8am.

LOVE these! Just bought 2 for a friends 3 year old for her bday.... I feel silly buying them for myself, even though i want to... lol. But I don't think my 3 and 5 year old boys would want much with princess dolls!

I haven't had a chance to visit a Disney Store in a long time
But I would think Rapunzel for sure would be most popular.
Can't wait to see these in real life, that's probably when I'll cave and buy one

My favorites are the Aurora, Rapunzel and Mulan. I have yet to get my hands on one, but they are on my Christmas list. Imagine explaining to your family why you as an adult want toddler dolls. Luckily they accept my obsession.

Disney Store just announced via facebook that the black friday deal will be $20 each for these dolls, excluding Rapunzel, who will be full price.

For those interested, 9 of the dolls are back up on the site (Belle is missing) and all, excluding Rapunzel, are still $20. I'm not sure how long that's going to last, so if you're interested I'd go get one!

They had plenty of these at my local store and all of them are still on sale for $20. If they drop below that I may just break down and get Snow White.

Have you guys seen the photos of Tiana with her pig-tails down? The person who posted them said they took them down because that's how they look in the concept photos and that's how they assumed they were meant to be displayed, and omg. So cute! Sorry for the link instead of the actual photo posted, the user's flickr settings prevent direct linking.

I swear I'm going to end up with a full set of these.

I think these dolls look amazing we bought our daughter Pocahontas and Rapunzel for xmas. When we were in Time Square Disney store last saturday the first one she picked out that she wants is Ariel lol. So I think we are going to be ordering that one also for her.

I don't think she'll end up being in the exact same line as the other girls, but I just found this picture of Merida from Brave in the same style as the existing dolls!

Found this one of her in the box. Definitely not exactly an Animators Collection doll (probably because she's the first Pixar Princess and thus has different animators. Maybe. ) but she's also definitely on the same body and made similarly.

I posted this on the Disney Movie Rewards thread as well, but I thought there might be some cross interest here. DMR is offering a set of 4 Princess animation sketch lithographs (Snow White, Aurora, Cinderella, & Belle & Beast) for a limited time (until April 24). They look like they will go really well with the dolls' animation sketch packaging - I was thinking I would hang them near my set of dolls.

I hope I can get down to the Disney Store this weekend and get a look at her! I'm hoping and assuming she'll be at the same quality as the others, so we'll see!

Merida in my opinion is the best design yet! I can't wait to see the doll in person.

My wonderful DH got her for me yesterday as s surprise - she does look just as good in person! Her face and hair are lovely - she fits right in next to the animator dolls with no loss in quality in my opinion. Hubby did note that she doesn't come with a little furry friend, though, as they did - I think he wanted a little plush bear.
