Agreed. The box has the unsheared (fully wooled?) ram on it.

Oh my gosh!! I finally "get" the Funhouse Mickey because of your description!! I've looked at it like a hundred times and never understood until you said that!!

Even so, I think Disney kinda goofed on this. I think they should have used clear between Mickey's legs. I know grey is for the mirror, but I think that would have worked better...

I noticed the use of the sheared ram in the DS.com image too. I thought that was weird. Obviously if the box has the "clothed" ram on it then that is the normal figure.

I picked up a few of these the other day now that they're finally in the parks, both through blind-boxing and through trading (the Elephant Costume and the Red Kitsune were in a few boxes, clear and mystery).

I have to say, though Urban 8 was kind of a solid "meh," Urban 9 is rapidly growing on me. The detail on the Bandit is excellent, and though I wasn't thrilled with the Elephant Costume at first, it has a kind of off-beat charm. I still think the hidden gem is the Corporate Headhunter, though - I overheard a few people discussing the designs in front of the display, and they were disparaging the "tribal lawyer," but when I politely noted "Corporate Headhunter," it got a pretty hearty laugh and agreement that he was actually a pretty good Urban.

vinylv, I am jealous of your chandeliers!! I've been trying to blind box the chandelier, but so far I only have pulled the Power Button, the Bandit/Explorer/dude with the hat, and the chaser. Have to say, I'm disappointed in the chaser. It throws off the symmetry of my collection!
It all started with a mouse.

The chandelier was one of the vinyls I really wanted as well. Picked up 8 boxes and no chandelier. When the series was released at D-street, I picked up a box and also an U9 combo. Both bloxes turned out to be chandeliers! But at least you got the chaser! That's pretty awesome

That's so awesome that you pulled two at the same time! Especially since it was two of the same vinyl that you really wanted.

Just stopped by the local Disney Store for the first time in a long time. I was there to get the Agent P vinyl. I decided to buy an Urban 9 blind box. I just picked one up. Low and Behold it was the Chaser!!!! That made my day. That was really the only one I wanted besides the Maria Clapsis vinyls in that set.

I bought my first U9 blind box (DS.com) and it arrived yesterday. It wasn't one of the ones I was hoping for, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. I got the snake. It's pretty cool looking in person IMO.

I love how I have 8 out of this series and I have only bought 1 blind box! I have been able to trade for all the others... Pretty legit!
