When I asked about Goofy at Emporium during the party, the girl started talking to me about Jingle Smells saying how they pulled them because they're not supposed to be on the shelves until the 17th. He may have been talking about that.

I could cry! I really wanted this one so bad and I searched the entire magic kingdom with no luck. I asked about 6 people and only one person who was a manager said they had it but it sold out and they'd be getting more. But I feel like if they had it someone here would have gotten one so I'm thinking he was confused. I'm so disappointed. And one CM also said that if it's merch special for the Christmas party that it's only released during the party and that you most likely can't mail order.

Well, let's clear up the misconceptions!

Considering it hasn't been announced anywhere, I'm confident in confirming that Goofy has not been released yet. When he is released, it's possible (and possibly probable) that he won't be available for mail order, but even if he's meant as an MVMCP exclusive, it's worth remembering that the previous two "MVMCP exclusives" (the Gingerbread tin and the Toy Soldier) have been available in all four parks and many other retail locations (D-Street in CA, for example ) regardless of the time of day.

Not official, but.. When we were at D Street DLR, yesterday, we asked one of the CMs about Jingle Smells AND Very Merry Christmas Goofy, and he said that Goofy would be at D Street next Friday, 11/18! I have not seen any official notice yet, but I have my fingers crossed!

Yay!!! I'm glad this Goofy is finally being released. I've convinced my sister to go with me on friday to Disneyland to get these since I don't want to go alone. I don't want to miss it like I did on the Halloween candy pail vinyl.

Picked up a couple of these today at the Star Traders in DLR. Also saw some at the Adventureland Bazaar but none at Disneyana. I did not go by the Emporium nor D-street for their availability.
