update. two cases i ordered from disney have gone missing in ups shipping system/mis-delivered. i have been in contact with ups and the package hasnt shown up and ups isnt exactly sure where they delivered it to. i have check with everyone in my complex and no one is claiming they received the package.

i placed another order for two more cases of these things monday. they shipped yesterday and the estimated delivery is monday. i apologize for the delay. ups has been good about the ordeal and is reimbursing the costs of the goods/shipping which basically pays for the second order. i tried to work the young lady over and get expedited shipping, but since it wasnt "an emergency" by her standards i wasnt successful. hopefully they get here soon.

ok, so has anyone else received a refund? I have heard nothing from Archie since the post here about the lost shipment and now Thanksgiving morning I get an email stating that I have received a refund.

I've worked with Archie in the past and he's always been a stand up guy, but this is ridiculous... no communication and no reason for an inability to complete the deal. I'm hoping we're going to hear some more info, but right now i'm pissed. I'm not a DLR local, but I just got back from DLR where I could have used my 20% discount to buy some Park 7's and held off because I was getting all my wants here.

I received a refund as well. Archie has been a consistently excellent seller, so I have to assume something has happened that was out of his control.
