This is a must for me since I was born and raised in S.F. A family member has already picked up the 9" GG Bridge and 3" Cable Car for me so now I will have to ask her to pick this one up as well.

it kind of reminds me of the Genie from aladdin for some reason or Papa Smurf..haha. this will be one of the first new molds i must get, just to pair with my night/day GGB 9". i'll try and take pics with the actual bridge again...

i like the design, although it is so similar to the 9". i'm a little confused as to why they make practically the same design for the 9" & 3" for NY taxi and this one. i do really like the design, and probably will try to get it, but i do think the new mold still bothers me. the design looks so flat with this mold
A lot of collectors will only purchase 3" so this gives them a chance get something similar to the 9". I must say though nothing comes close to the beauty of the 9" IMO. It's so well done.

Do they still carry the 9" GGB vinyl? I already got mine a couple of weeks ago but i'm just curious.
Just got back from SF yesterday. They only had about 15 or so Cable Cars in the front and maybe 25 or so GGB 9's throughout the store
I swung by today and a CM told me Gerald Mendez will be here to sign them on release day.
When I went to the San Francisco D-Store in Stockton St, for the first time ever, I totally bought myself the Cable Car Vinyl! I'm definitely going back to get the GGB 3" Vinyl! I was going to get the 9" GGB Vinyl but I decided to not collect the 9"-ers... too big and no space

wow...that early huh? they told me they'll be opening at 8am. Not sure what time Gerald will be there though.
That's what I'm afraid of. I'm gonna stand in line all morning for the vinyl and then I'll have to stand all afternoon in line again to get them signed. I hope he comes at 9 or 10 at the latest.
