General Alice In Wonderland Series Discussion

VinylNation.net can now confirm the long rumored Alice In Wonderland Series. We have received what one Disney Store Cast Member claims to be the final line-up, but there is the possibility of "a few extra figure Alice themed sets released on the side". The following list goes along with many of the things we have heard over the last year, so we are confident in believing that this is an accurate list.

• Caterpillar (neck attachment)

• Queen (w/ crown attachment)

• Crying Alice 9” + Alice Jr. + Clear Drink Me Jr. + Eat Me Jr.
• Walrus 9” + Carpenter 3”

Walrus and Carpenter 9"/3":



It is LE 1,500, and it will retail for the standard $74.95.

Cheshire Cat Disappearing/Reappearing 3'' set (and the Carpenter again ):



Cheshire Cat set is limited to 5,000 pieces, and it will retail for $26.95.

All set for release in November of this year. It is scheduled to be released in both the Disney Parks and the Disney Stores

Staff Update, 10/11/11:

This series is set for release on Friday, November 4th at D-Street in WDW and in Disney Stores, and it will be released at D-Street DLR on November 5th.

Thomas Scott, who designed this series, will be on hand at D-Street WDW from 10:30am - 12:30pm on November 4th to sign figures, and the next day, November 5th, he'll be at D-Street DLR from 10am - 12noon for the same purpose!

As with other signings, there will be a two per person limit.

Very excited about this set. I'm curious to see the Catepillar with the neck attachment. It could either be really cool or go horribly horribly wrong . The chaser is a bit of a dissapointment for me. With so many cool characters they resorted to the cat. I also hope they sneak a clear Cheshire Cat variant in there.

The 9" Alice set is probably one of the coolest concepts I've seen. I hope it translates well.

haha nice! That's how I feel about most sets. "I only really one this one....oh yeah and this one...... those two are great, I should blind box to try and get them......"

I too am disappointed with the Dinah chaser. Cheshire or clear cheshire would have made a better chaser.

I would've loved one of the card soldiers in the set over Dinah... but I guess that would have been a bit difficult to design on a 3D canvas! Unless it was a clear with the soldier painted on the front...

I bashed the chaser so I was trying to think what I would want over Dinah, and DEFINITELY this. Especially with a paintbrush (painted or actual accessory) in his hand. Or even the tiny king would have made a better chaser. Or they could have made a figure out of the doorknob, that would have also been great.

Is it really going to be released so close to The Lion King? Alot is coming in August if so. D23 vinyls, Its a Small World jrs, Lion King, Alice in Wonderland, Urban 7 combo, 20000 Leagues Under The Sea. I hope they space one of the sets out.
