For right now everything is still set for Saturday August 27. We are just looking for everyone who responded yes to confirm with us if Saturday is still ok. If we get enough votes that Sunday is better we might move the meetup to Sunday. As it looks right now JTChief and I will be going Saturday and Sunday just to meet people who couldn't do Saturday .

Also anyone who responded yes to Saturday please give us a time that works best for you.at this point I think 3 or 4 o'clock look to be the best times . So please let us know .

I just found out today that I can't make it Friday or Saturday. I have a major project at work and will be working Mon-Sat for the next month or so. I would hate to miss out. Sunday is my only free day...I will go on Sunday if most of you are willing to show up. I have lots of stuff to trade...but if I say what I have or what I'm looking for it will get deleted AGAIN!

crazybones27 and I will be there on Sunday also for anyone who can't make the main meet on Saturday as I noted in the fist post. Hopefully we can work out a general time for then for anyone who will be coming. As for the traders we have to keep that outside of this thread.

Do you know how many people would be coming? We cleared it with the mall for about 10-12 people since we would be in the food court. Im afraid something bigger then that and we might have a problem. We spoke to the mall based on the number of people who responded yes to this thread when we originally brought it up . Has anyone confirmed through the meet up site as going?

Edit: I'm just looking to see if I need to inform the mall that the group might be bigger then originally thought . I'm all for more people .

As of right now I beleive it is me and crazybones. I belive msdisneyfan was going to try to get there on sunday also but it is still up in the air. What time were you thinking?

Other half works on Sunday. Lucky him and this pending hurricane we are going to have. My hope is that it hooks more out to the sea. Anywho. I might be able to make it Sunday too if he is still working. This is a gameday decision, so I cannot give you a definite about Sunday, but know I will be there Saturday. Are we meeting inside the store or at the tables in front of the store? Do we do nametags or just know who is who because we will be carrying a bag of vinyls? I personally will have my Disney Tangled re-usable bag with my vinyls in it.

I guess we could do VN name tags. We're going to be using them For the Florida Project meetup. It might make it easier to identify everyone when we get there. Personally JT and I probably won't be hard to miss. We'll have our two kids in a double red baby jogger stroller and most likely you'll hear one of us saying No a thousand times .

I printed out the vinylmation under extras and wrote my screen name on the feet, laminated it and tied it to my Tangeled bag. I'll try to plan ahead as far as what I will wear. Most likely a Disney shirt.
