We had a weird experience when we went to the Montgomery Mall for the first meet up (you can read about it in the first couple of pages) and aren't allowed to trade there anymore. If someone wants to contact one of the other area malls that is definitely a possibility, but general consensus was that a park would be a nice change of pace for a meet up/trade event.
Sounds like an awesome plan! I live 1 mile away from peace valley park!!!

MSDF - Here are some dates that would potentially work for Matt and I.
Saturday, May 19th
Sunday, May 20th
Saturday, June 16th
Saturday, June 23rd
Sunday, June 24th
What is everyone else's availability for weekends in May/June? Please share so we can try to pick a date that will work best for the majority of members.![]()

I am fine for any date, I am 1 mile from the park.

This is what I am looking at for a vinyl meet up/picnic:
Date: Saturday June 16th
Time: Noon
Place: Peace Valley Park
What to bring: Vinylmation, artist cards, Vinylmation Jrs, SOTMK cards, yourself (of course) and food (TBD at a later date what people want to bring)
The cost of the pavillion rental is $120. Would everyone be ok with splitting that cost?
Master Gracey would you be willing to submit the application for rental since you are in Bucks County? The fee drops significantly to $65.

I would like to get Pavillion 5 or 4 (I just prefer that side of the lake)
Yeah, I will submit it to save all that money. Let me know what is going on and I will split some of the costs.

That would be a HUGE help! Thank you!
Going to revise this to:
Date: Saturday June 16th
Time: Noon (ish)
Place: Peace Valley Park
What to bring: Vinylmation, artist cards, Vinylmation Jrs, SOTMK cards, yourself (of course) and food (TBD at a later date what people want to bring)
The cost of the pavillion will be $65. Hopefully everyone is willing to split the cost.
Please respond to this thread by Monday 5/14 so that we can submit the application and see if this is a possibility. The application has a spot that requires us to put down how many people are expected- this is why I need an answer from anyone who is even interested. Thanks!
There is a wonderful farm about 2 miles from the park called tabora farms and they have the best baked goods and amazing chickens and deli foods.

sorry guys can't make a saturday meet...work bleh!
check out all my customs at www.joeofwar.blogspot.com

I just saw your message about this. Unfortunately, the 16th wouldn't work for me.
