    The Dark Tower Series

Has anyone read The Dark Tower series by Stephen King? I'm getting ready to start the fifth book & am completely addicted to it.

Read them all years ago. I was a little irked with Stephen King towards the end, though. The comics, however are excellent. So far, they've been Roland's life before the books.

This is one of my all time favorite book series. I love all Stephen King books but these are just the best.
I first read these when I was in high school and since then I have read the whole series about 3 times. Wizard and Glass is my favorite one of all.
I remeber wishing I was one of the characters traveling with Susannah, Eddie, Jake, Roland, and of course Oy. I love Oy!!!
Hopefully you like the ending of the story
There was also a mini series tv show many years ago by Stephen King called Kingdom Hospital that has some parts that relate to the Dark Tower books.
Also, many or even most Stephen King books, relate or tie in some way to the Dark Tower books especially The Talisman and Black House.
I could keep on writing about King and his books...that's how much I love his books and Roland Deschain

    Hi!

Stephen King wrote a lot of good individual books, but I really like this series he has written. There are a lot of great quotes from his Dark Tower series. While Stephen King's earliest works are my favorites, I have a lot of high regard for the Dark Tower books. I prefer him to a lot of other authors. Thanks for starting the thread!
