So anyone work at Disney? I was thinking about a major career change but wanted to get everyones thought on working at Disney. Career advancement???

Are you talking about Disney in general or Disneyland?

If you're looking for career advancement, I would look at jobs outside of the parks such as the studios, DIMG, or WDI. Of course, if looking for career advancement within the parks, you can work as a suit.

it seems very hard to get interviews outside of the park, inside, it is very easy!

the Walt Disney company is the largest employer in the san fernando valley. If you live around the area (commuting distance), I am sure you would be able to find a job.
