I leave for my cruise this weekend and i am wondering if i should bring some vinyls to trade and if there is a mystery trading box on board? If any one knows please let me know, thanks

Yep! There is! Magic and Wonder have one mystery box and a clear box while the Dream has at least 3 mystery boxes and probably as many clear boxes.
So definitely bring some! And have a great trip!!

thanks everyone, and no i have been on the magic i think 5 times and the wonder once, but this will be my first time on the dream, very excited! thanks again for all the tips =)
prob the best trading, the merchandise host asked what we were looking for and called the stateroom when someone traded it in!!!
The cast members on the Dream were not strict on trading at all. They will basically tell you what is inside or keep trading until you get what you want. They are also not careful about you seeing what is inside while on the other side of the counter lol..the counter in one store on the dream is a circle so you can go all around it. there are 2 mysters ones and 4 clear ones on the dream. I didn't have a child with me either when they were helpful.

Bekh, that sucks. I was really looking forward to maybe having a trading night or something. Did you find anything good at all in the blind boxes? I would think there would be since you didn't find any serious collectors
Honestly, the trading was lack luster and so was the vinyl selection. They didn't even have the castaway club member vinyl (nor did disney have the DVC member vinyl..but that's another story). They had nothing really special at all. They had just recently sold out of the 9inch maiden voyage. As far as the mystery trading- there really wasn't much of anything in it. I saw in them both and there was just basic commons. It really was a mess. These 2 kids were buying and trading with the mystery box. At one point they found the pirate auctioneer from park 3 in there and thought it was the POTC set chaser. They put a different hat on him and such. The CM didn't even know the difference. Like I said though, they will help you a lot. There was this one nice guy that actually said if he is allowed to, he will put aside maiden voyage items from the Fantasy for me. I know it wont happen but it was nice of him. I am going on the Fantasy in July so..probably no chance I'll get that.
