I agree! I was expecting more...and I felt like the plot moved really slow this season. I have read the series and George R.R. Martin IS the slowest author on the planet so maybe that is why but I just feel like this was more of a build up season. Can't wait for next though.

Every once in a while I click on this from "What's new" thinking someone may have made some customs. Then I normally see the thread and click out quickly since we haven't finished season 2 yet.

Just think, a bunch of customs with heads and limbs chopped off...what fun!

I am about 340 pages through the first book. It's pretty amazing how closely the show stayed to the book. The book does a better job explaining certain things however as one would expect.

You'll either love or hate the second book then, because they pretty much strayed off it wildly in the second season. (I prefer the book, btw) Apparently they are looking to fix their mistakes with the third season, though.

Looks like Game of Thrones is the latest tv series to get the Funko Pop treatment! Looks like they'll probably have quite a few chances to make multiple series, considering how many characters the show involves!

These are scheduled to hit stores November 1, 2012.

You won't be alone! My only gripes are that Tyrion's hair is a little too brown and Drogo's beard braid has gone missing from image to actual figure. Other than that, I think they look amazing!

Oh man, now that you pointed those out it'll bother me too! Particularly, Tyrion's hair. Thanks a lot!

Sorry! I'm just really picky. I think they decided to go with exactly how they look on the show, (especially judging from Dany's eyebrows) which might be why Tyrion's hair is so dark. They've let his hair get more brown as the show has gone on, which I think has something to do with Peter Dinklage saying he hated dyeing his hair.

Very much so! The books give a much more in depth background to a lot of the folklore, history and thoughts of the characters that are impossible to get onto a tv show.

Peter Dinklage looks terrible as a blonde, but Tyrion should still have blonde hair!

Thanks soo sooo much for sharing this! I have to get to seeing this exhibit this weekend. I cant wait for the new season. I might be one of the few to think that Episode 9 of season 2 eclipsed that of Ep 9 S1...call me crazy, but that was the best hour of television since Lost.
