Not a personal bad experience, but I was more than disgusted.

A couple decided to leave their infant baby sleeping in a stroller while they went to go ride Indiana Jones. I walked by during the end of the commotion, but it was enough to see that the poor little girl was almost sunburnt to a crisp. Park security was escorting the parents away (hopefully to be arrested). The argument I heard was that it was their child and free to do what they liked. I wanted to punch them in the face!
    Keep moving forward....

I would have to say the only worst experience I've had would be encountering some of the employees at D-Street How sad because it is THE mothership for vinyls on the WC, yet when I visited it to trade, it wasn't what I was expecting.

The girl handling the trading box during my trip seemed to have rolled her eyes every time someone came to trade, and wouldn't even greet the guests or say anything when trading their vinyl. She'd just snatch the person's trader vinyl and shove the other vinyl (the one received from picking the number) back. Might as well been a non-talking robot or something. It was my first time trading in DL and I'd have to say that D-Street wasn't at the top of my list for favorite trading spots.

If you hate working there so much then just quit! I'm sure there are PLENTY of other people who'd love to work there and would enjoy doing so.

The swinging gondolas definitely ARE very scary! I felt like I was going to toss my cookies while I was on there. BUT, the scenic view from the top is awesome... if I didn't feel so sick, I would have enjoyed that more!

THAT is HORRIBLE! The baby could have been seriously injured, kidnapped, or... ugh I don't even want to think about it. Who would even THINK to do that?! It makes me sick to think how horrible human beings could be. Their argument was definitely not valid...

I rode it the same time you did (Halloween Party) I never paid attention to the ride, it sucked I hated the swinging and all that.... its one of the only rides I will not go on again at DLR or WDW.

As for my worse experience... everytime I go, there are more and more people, there are always lines! lines! lines! then there is lines for Fast Pass!!! Lines everywhere! I wish they would do something about these stupid lines to make my trips more enjoyable!

I might have been too embarrassed to be around you too

Granted, that's just because I don't think men should cry. (I'm terrible, I know)

But yes, definitely the scariest ride I've ever been on. And the worst part was, we had 8 people in ours, so ours swung so much I can't stop laughing now, one of the people with us kept screaming the whole time, and he was at least 7 years older than me? I just closed my eyes, and waited for it to be over. But this guy screamed... and his scream isn't a normal scream, peoples. It's monotone. Absolutely monotone.... it's hilarious... imagine a monotone scream the entire time...

I can't stop laughing now... the scariest ride I've ever been on

(and yes, that was my worst experience I don't have terrible experiences at disneyland )

This last weekend was the FIRST time I have ever been disappointed with anything at DLR.
The store that is next to the blue bayou that sells the doonie purses was the place. I asked a cast member if i could look at the purses they had in the back before buying one. She asked me what I wanted on it. I told her and she said it wasnt possible. I had already seen one like it earlier that day but it looked worn so I didnt buy it. I asked her if I could still look at them and she said there is no point on her getting them because I'm not going to find what im looking for. I then told her that I don't care if it doesnt have that then but I still wanted to look at them. She rolled her eyes and went to go look...... I was waiting... and waiting. 20 min later she came back to tell me that they had none.

If they really didn't have any thats fine but she was soooo RUDE!

The first time I ever went into D Street the girl handling the trading box was a complete and utter witch (and when I mean witch, I mean something else). Luckily, I am the type of person that stands up for myself, so I usually just look them straight in the eyes and ask them what the heck there problem is and why are they being so rude, etc. Most of the time, their jaws drop and they'll apologize.

I dont blame you. And I give you my congrats for saying something! They're sooooo rude there and demand that you hand them the vinyl you are trading first. And for what? A big baby or Cutesters kid?! Pfffft. WHERES THE MAGIC?

I think the worst thing that has happened to us is my husband lost his work Cell phone on Thunder Mountain. We think it fell out in the cart, but no one turned it in so it was lost. And to me, I had a dentist appt that morning (took 4 injections to numb my mouth!) and I was having trouble opening my jaw, so we ate at Napoli at Downtown Disney (thinking Pizza is thin, should be easy to get in my mouth lol). Pizza was GREASY and just did not taste good.

My wife lost our camera on the Rocket Jets (I hate the new name). We never did get it back. I was brand new too.

We also had our car stolen from our hotel parking lot in 2005. We were at the Holiday Inn at the Park (Now the Hotel Menage) just across I-5 from Disneyland. That was a great feeling.
Like a grand and miraculous spaceship, our planet has sailed through the universe of time.

It wasn't at disney land but at disney world we went on the Haunted mansion,Buzz lightyear,Pirates of the Caribean, and The blue line in tommorrow land and each and every ride got stuck! On pirates of the caribean the boats all crashed into each other(also got soaked by the bombs),on buzz lightyear we got stuck in front of the bright flashing camera, on the blue line they were talking on wrong parts of the rides, and on the haunted mansion we got stuck in front of the mirrors. :/ It wasn't that bad but it was pretty annoying after a while!

Was pretty rude and a bad time. I've been pretty lucky though that's my only bad experience in the 14 trips I've made this year to DLR.
Unfortunately, this is common occurrence on the trams. I have three young children....and obviously I let them in first (with and without stroller)....there have been several occasion where my poor kid was pushed to the ground as he was trying to climb up the steps. My daughter was shoved so hard this past week that she fell over....luckily I caught her. I was so upset! But again....I have met some REALLY nice people who help my kids onto the tram and actually reprimand others for pushing them.....which I am grateful for.

Well I must say that I've never really had a bad experience at DLR. If there is one "bad" experience, which wasn't even bad at all, it was quite awesome and funny, it would be when I got my first Annual Passport. The cast members helping me were extremely nice.

Anyway, I was getting my passport and they had to ask me a few "security" questions. One of the questions was, "Which parks did [I] visit on my first day?" I honestly did not remember; I could have sworn I visited both parks but apparently, I did not as my ticket was not in their system LOL! So yeah, I failed the first question, making my ticket look "suspicious," looking like I bought it from the gray market. The next few questions I answered correctly so I was fine. And I totally understand why they do that: to prevent exploitation from the gray market. Anyway, what ended up happening was that I had to "reapply" twice to finalize the exchange. There were errors in the first two attempts that they didn't catch so on the third and final try, it was all settled out. The beauty of it was the "compensation" for the errors, which were TWO SUPER FASTPASSES for up to a party of SIX! Now THAT was cool! Even though it didn't work on a couple rides (Star Tours, etc.) it pretty much got us everywhere else and in an instant! Space Mountain??? Heck yes. For the 4th time!

Sadly I have 2 horrible experiences:
First was about 20 years ago, I was 7ish (don't know for sure). My dad and I were going on the Rockets in Tomorrowland (when you used to have to take an elevator), so they smashed way too many people into the elevators to go up to the ride. The doors close, we go up and then as the doors open my entire arm got stuck in the elevator doors. Elevator got shut down, they had to force the doors back open, when my arm was finally out it was completely black and blue bruised and swollen. Spent an hour in the first aide area for about two hours!!!!! Horrible thing to happen to a kid!

Second was last summer. My parents and I were again in Tomorrowland, and some drunk guy on a rental scooter smashed into my mom on her scooter. My mom has had 8 back surgeries and actually needs a scooter. You could tell this man was intoxicated and rammed my mom. I went up to him and tried to let him know that he hit my mom, dented her personal scooter and needed to apologize. The guy jumped out of the scooter and pushed me. Well being my dad's little girl, my dad rushed out because I had just been pushed to the floor. So my dad is trying to keep this guy off me, I get up and try to go by my mom and this guy's dad comes over to me and my mom and the tries laying his hands on me. Then in like 2 minutes from the crash we were surrounded by security and undercover security, being pulled to separate corners of tomorrowland. We got to stay, they got kicked out. 1 for hitting me twice and 2 for wrecking a rented scooter. Moral of the story don't drink and drive scooters at Disneyland!!!! I just wanted an apology! And I got pushed by 2 grown men!!!!

Wow... these are some pretty heavy comments. Well done, Disney. Well done.

I remember another experience. I was a little younger, and we were walking down the long hallway before the bat caves in Indiana Jones. Suddenly, I noticed my shoe was untied. I scooted a little to the left. Then this group of teenagers comes out of nowhere. And what do they do? Instead of just polietly stepping over to the right, they trample over me! My mom rushed up to me and yelled at the teens. They just shrugged and walked down. My back was aching the entire day.

couple few bad experiences out of memory..

one day had two different VM trading shops with very rude workers. one was at West ward Ho, she pretty much ignored me and my gf the whole time and when i picked out i think an odd looking urban and she asked what it was she didnt even say anything, most of the time they will tell you what series it is from.

not really a bad experience but stupid VM trading I was in west ward ho with the blind box trading, i got the condor thing from HAL because i was trading a double and i was like what the heck ill take it. I tried to trade it later at D Street and they were like "this one is missing the neck" and said i couldnt trade it, i was like i just got this today at another location and it didnt have the neck. what was i keeping a collection of condor necks at home to be a jerk? again i tried to trade it in the gift shop at tower of Terror and the one guy was fine with it then the other chick butted in and said its missing the neck, the guy was nice and traded it for me. it was just dumb because someone traded it without the neck and i was almost stuck with a neckless condor

worst Dl experience was my grad night back in like 2003. out bus driver got lost in the chip and dale parking and ended up having to drive back out onto the street and re-enter, we were like almost an hour late getting there. a few of the big rides were closed and the park was filled with awful techno dance music. idk who comes to disneyland to dance??

my wife and i were waiting to see fireworks and he got there early to get good spot. people were rude trying to stand or sit on top of us and hitting us as they were trying to go by. they got angry when we said something but that is why you get to a place early so you can reap the benefits. the disney employees didn't help the situation because they kept hitting us with the rope they used to move people back and didn't say sorry once. i stopped waiting for fireworks after that

A few years ago my family and I had an awful experience trying to get to Disneyland. It was my mother's birthday, and Disney was running the get in free on your birthday promotion so we were going to take her there. Unfortunately, we got tied up with business and horrid traffic. It took us almost three hours to get to Disneyland, which normally takes us only an hour and a half from our house, and we left from a closer place! It all worked out in the end because we got to explore Disney in the dark, which we normally don't do.

Other than that, I've had issues with obnoxious Cast Members. Haunted Mansion wasn't operating one day so we asked the Cast Member what time it would be open. She replied, "When the restless spirits settle."

I hate that type of response so much. I understand staying in character, but if a guest has a question, you should answer it instead of dodging the question.

The only really bad experience I can think of was due to other guests of course...My parents and I were enjoying some margaritas and tortillas from the tortilla factory over in that old farmers market area (by Sam Andreas shakes and such) and I think it was two families with small children were at the table next to us. The parents were all too absorbed in their chicken strips to pay any attention to their children running around like maniacs. I mean running around our table even, and they were all between like 4 and 7ish. One of them lightly tapped us each on the back, whatever, they're just kids, I glared at the parents but I hate confrontation so I let it slide. But then my dad scream "OW! That kid hit me!", then my mom did, and I was like whatever, he's 7 it couldn't have been that bad. But then the kid hit me and it HURT. Like bruise-worthy. My babysitter instinct kicked in and I turned around with a very stern "NO" and the parents finallyyyyyyy paid attention and looked at me and asked if their kid hit me And they finally made the kids sit and eat lunch.

This year was my first trip to Disneyland after many visits to WDW. The whole experience was still magical. The one part that was a downer was that Pirates and Small World were down for maintenance the two days that I was there. Also the Haunted Mansion was NBC'd which was not a big deal but I just wanted to see the original Haunted Mansion. Otherwise it was fantastic.

It's not dodging the questions, it's staying in character, and honestly, the other response won't e as helpful. CMs honestly have no clue how long an attraction will be down for. It could be 30 minutes, it could be 3 hours, and they will honestly never know how long it will take. CMs answer that question all the time, but the answer is always "we don't know." because they really don't.

I still to this day can't go on space mountain from a time when I was 10. We went on at night during a full moon, you could see everything inside the ride. The illusion has been ruined for me.

I've also never been really impressed with California adventure. It seems like every time I go, half the park is broken down.

I went once in high school and we were very disappointed because you could see everything, but when we went last year in July it was really dark, like pitch black. I don't know if they updated it to block out more light, but it was pretty cool.

That being said, I will never go on it again because I am 6'5" and it was NOT designed for someone my height. My knees hurt for hours afterward. The worst ride for tall people at Disney (that I've been on)
