    The Don't Miss of DCA:

    Aladdin musical - fabulous!
    Soarin' over California
It's a Bug's Life - cute and worth seeing once
Tower of Terror - if you've never been to the Florida version
Flynn's Arcade - if you love old school arcade games

    and... that's about it.

I'm hoping the new Cars land and Little Mermaid will help breath some life into this park, but man, it still has a long way to go to match the original Disneyland.

Another tip regarding the World of Color show is if you don't want to pay the prices of the Dining packages you can also get the boxed lunches for half the price and still get reserved seating. You call the same number to make reservations or you can also do it online.

The world of color is an awesome show, especially if you have one of the Disney Vacation club villas in the Grand Californian. The best two rides are the Tower of Terror and Screamin, can never get enough of those.

soarin' hands down. i also suggest toy story mania. world of color is a really popular show and if the aladdin show still has showings, you should check that out too. it's entertaining and gives your feet a rest.

    Here's a summer secret: Monster's Inc.

why you ask? well when it gets 80+ degrees and sunny you don't wanna be outside waiting. Since there isn't a long line, the line goes inside to a cool room. the ride itself is indoors as well...

    That's where you'll catch me!

Attractions I make sure first timers hit:

    Soarin' Over California
    Toy Story Mania
    Tower of Terror
Grizzly River Run (on a day you don't mind getting really wet)
    Animation Academy
    World of Color

All of these except for Animation Academy and Toy Story Mania offer Fast Passes. Get a fast pass for one attraction while you wait in line for another and enjoy two rides for the price of one line. ;) At least I think they still do fast passes for World of Color...

This would be my 100% must do list:
    World of Color
    Little Mermaid
    Toy Story Mania
    Monsters, Inc.
    Tower of Terror
    Soarin'

I love so many more of the attractions but those I try to never miss.
Like a grand and miraculous spaceship, our planet has sailed through the universe of time.

YOU MUST DO The Animation Academy! I love this show/attraction whatever you want to call it. Especially with friends or family, a "Disney Animator" shows you how to draw a Disney character and seeing everyone's drawings is great fun plus you get to keep you drawing if you desire (its like a free souvenir that you created in the park!)

A muuuuust at DCA is Soaring over California, Midway Mania Toy Story, the ICE CREAM, Screamin rollercoaster (while on it, look towards Cars Land to check out a sneak peek of all the cool stuff they are building). But one day... just spend a whole day there to experience all the attractions and areas like A Bugs Land and Monsters In ride... nothing too special, but cute.

WORLD OF COLOR, alone, made my return trip to DLR worth every penny. Every adventure and experience was just a bonus on top of that!

You MUST see the Aladdin show. Being a guy, I just wanted to ride the rides and eat food. But my girlfriend and even my older brother said to go to it. I'm glad I did, because it was pretty impressive. I enjoyed it, and I recommend it to all my friends.

The boxed Picnic meals only get you a blue or yellow fast pass for the show, not a reserved dining fast pass like the other meals offered at the Winery or Ariel's Grotto.

I recommend everyone go see World of Color again, ESPECIALLY if you haven't seen it recently. It's been changed a bit since it premiered over a year ago (and it just recently had its 1,000th show last friday on 11/11), and it's changed a bit even since June I would say. Plus, when you go, if it's sometime during the current holiday season, make sure that if you go to the bathroom or to get food before the show, definitely be back about three minutes before the show time, as there's something special "prepped" for the audience ;)
