i was never that curious about these things until i read your posts, so i had to go look. definitely some cool stuff out there. My cousin was a CM in WDW so he told me about some of the things from when he was there.

That is soo interesting about the rock in indy. I still dont know that correct thing because I read so many different things but I do know now that it is REAL!!! CRAZY!!!
When you pass under the castle, there is a golden spike embedded in the ground. That spike marks the geographical center of Disneyland.
The Market House on Main Street gives out free refills on coffee.

Walt Disney took Richard Nixon for a ride on the Monorail when it opened. Nixon was there for the opening because it was the first monorail in the western hemisphere. After it opened Walt asked Nixon to get in. Nixon got in and they took off. However the secret service had no idea Walt was going to take Nixon aboard. So the secret service panicked once the doors closed and the train took off! I learned this on a tour at DL.![]()
