Bellygrub has a spectacular aura about Bellygrub has a spectacular aura about
She was from a 2009 release so she's definately been retired now.

I saw her at the Christmas Tree shop in Peddler's Village once and always regretted not picking it up.

Same with the first Rudolph Bumble release.

$65!? That's it?! That seems pretty reasonable to me, actually (although I can't tell how big it is in the pic!) Dangit, I'm sad to find out she's retired. There's no way I'm paying eBay prices for her!

Which one is that? We have a Bumble piece but I can't remember when we got it. Maybe 2007? I think it was 2007 because we got our cat, aptly named Bumble () because she is all white and we got her right after Christmas in very early 2008, and when I looked at the figurine on my mantle, I knew that was going to be the right name for her. And oh, it so is. She's a character, that one.

I'm so glad I picked her up then! They had a sign in front of her saying $65 but the box was marked $71.50. I wonder if that was original retail?

It sort of makes me want to go back and see what else they have I had to limit myself to just buying 2

Wow, what a great find, MsDisneyFan! She's amazing!

    ---

Did you guys see the new Tiana one that goes along with the bigger sculptures of the princesses with scenes from their movies carved into their dresses? (That's a horrible way of describing that but hopefully you know what I mean, ) I absolutely adore her! This is my favorite set Jim does.

I have the Belle one as well, that was the first one I received. I also have Cinderella and Snow White; I'd love to get Ariel and Aurora, and now, of course, Tiana as well! Such a beautiful set.

2007-2008 seems right. It's the one with Hermie and Rudolph on his chest.

For Disney Jim Shore I have 3 Beauty & The Beast figures, Stitch, Sorcerer Mickey, Christmas Mickey, "Disney Dasher" and Ursula("Deep Sea Diva"). Then I have JS reindeer and wolf ornament as well as 4 of the small animals figures (frog, fox, rabbit and owl). Oh and the lion and lamb figure that I bought from Goodwill for $6 I really need to get a picture of some of my collection.

I did some google image searching and found it, and I think we're talking about the same one. This is the one I have:

Definitely one of my favorite Jim Shore pieces.

Tell me about it!!! I have to restrain myself every time I go to WDW.. SO many cute figures! For a while I was buying a new holiday figure every holiday (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), but it just got to be too much and I had to stop. This year I only got one Christmas figure and it was really small. It was tough holding back

Oh my gosh, that Bumble is cracking me up, that is adorable!

I have the three previously mentioned and this one, which I actually got from Disney Movie Rewards. The part with Pinocchio spins; on the other side is Gepetto hugging him when he became a real boy and it plays Twinkle Twinkle. So cute, and Pinocchio is my favorite so I needed it!

Love all of the great Jim Shore collections! I collect Jim Shore Santa Claus'. Only have a few - NEED to get some more!

And I would LOVE to see Disney put out a Jim Shore Vinylmation Series (Series 1, Series 2..). Now that would be really cool!

Does anyone collect the Jim Shore carousel Horses? My girlfriend and I have a real horse so when she saw these in 2009 she had to get 1. She got one on each trip there after (there's only 5) but then we had trouble finding them in 2011 in the Parks..but we found one on the Dream surprisingly. They seem to be completely retired now and the prices are starting to go up. We are just missing Aurora! There is also a carousel base that they all can sit in but I'm not sure that we want that.

Strangely enough there is a pin set of these (LE150 each) and in the pin set there is a Jasmine also but that is not one of the figurines made.

Jim Shore's a great artist. We've been collecting his pieces for a long time. He does the best Halloween and Christmas stuff around.
