My mom and I just got back from WDW and we picked up two eyeballs. We usually don't keep the boxes and just keep all the vinyls in one bag. By the time we made it to the hotel room, we had forgotten what the eyeball was and which set it came from. I wish the holiday it is supposed to go with was a bit more clear.
Please keep all forward facing tentacles clear of the track.

We love both Holidays series and have collected most of the figures. But, there are a few in each series that I just don't get (ex. Eyeball). For the most part though, the family loves them and thinks they are 'cute'.

I actually wish I could get the eyeball. I'm not sure what it is, but my fiance and I are in Optometry school and plan on decorating our future office with eye and glasses type vinylmations (big eye, nerds, and this holiday eye). Unfortunately we have yet to blind box or trade for this one and are still waiting on those nerds.

I like the eyeball when I put two next to each other. It's like my VMs are looking at me while i'm looking at them. It's not really holiday but it is surreal.

I think that if they include it into the holiday series it should be obvious as to what holiday it belongs to or could belong to. The corn one is versitile and could be for many different occasions so I don't have a problem with it's inclusion. The eyeball, to me, should have been included in an urban set, it would have at least made the gears look better (not so much for the hippie but you can only redeem so much right? lol)

That's true. In comparison, obscure and confusing vinyls are better than just plain hideous vinyls.

The eyeball probably represent some kind of eye protection day from World Health Organization... I guess!

The eyeball vinyl just seems like laziness to me.

yeah the holiday 2 collection confused me as well. that's probably why i didn't purchase any of them because i was a LITTLE bit confused as to the "reason" behind all of them. but hey! it's disney and vinylmation. it's all great and good

Not worth $10 in my opinion and I think they are using blind boxing to get away with these designs as nobody would buy them if they knew what they were getting. The corn I think they can get away with because it can fit in several holiday celebrations and it is well designed.
My sentiments exactly. Disney's better than that, $10 for a blindbox with a barely decorated blank on the inside is pretty much a rip-off. But I just feel like they wanted to bump up this series from H1's 11 designs to the normal 12 designs, so they just kind of threw this one in there.

Definitely a lazy design, I mean one pie eye? Not to mention they already had a ghost in series one =\ Randy Noble must still be riding the fame of red balloon chaser design =]

Maybe it's for the Ides of March, but that's not a holiday. Oh well I'm still confused and we just got it from ds.com the other night haha!

Hahaha I love that this is a post because seriously, it is so weird. I assumed it was for Halloween too, but eh. It really isn't a good one. Someone said earlier it should have had veins and stuff, I agree. If you are going to do an eye ball, then do an eye ball! I mean this one is just lame. There is nothing to it. Boring.

    And Corn...meh, kinda boring too.

I've been vexed by the eye since Jan. I'm just rolling with it being Halloween part deux.

I don't even think the artists know what these are supposed to be. If you look under the feet of most of the holiday ones, they have something showing a symbol for the holiday, but these two (eyeball and corn)...nuthin...very strange indeed.

My guess was Halloween... I thought it was a ghost too (don't ask me why). I got this one in a blind box trade. I had no intention of collecting the holiday sets, but when I got this one, I felt like it was a keeper. I've got it stuck to my pc monitor at work next to my little Android guy. I may have said this before about "the Eye", but it's simple enough to be pretty cool looking.

I wonder how many series they are going to squeeze out of the Holidays - we're going to need a decoder ring for some of series #3, I imagine.

They should've used this "Eye" design on the new mold. I think the design would've really "POPPED" more on the new mold.

Maybe you are looking at it all wrong. Maybe its "Pac-Man" Day. He finished eating all the dots and ghosts.
