How rare are the chasers?

I know that there is one in every Vinylmation tray, and I know that another tray can't be put out until all boxes are sold.

...but really, how rare are the "chasers"? I'm wondering because I've gotten the Pongo VM three times (two blindboxed and the other one from a lucky moment) and I want to know if they are rare(ish) or if they are just as special as a regular Vinylmation.

I've been thinking that they might not be rare because I know alot of people buy the full 24-Pc. trays.

I guess it just depends on how many trays of each series are sold.
