As long as they got Animal and Gonzo in the 2nd series im in.
Anyone excited about the April 15th release for this set?
I may pick up a few depending on what the designs look like. I only have 3 or 4 from the 1st series and Kermit from Park 1 to keep Ms. Piggy happy
I'm pretty jazzed about it. I might not have collected all of Muppets 1 either, but I hit most of the highlights of my personal favorite characters, and so far, Muppets 2 has yet to disappoint - of all the previews, I think the Sam Eagle 9'' is the only one that isn't a "must get," and that's only because I'm not keen on the 9'' VMs in general (sadly, I seem to recall Sledge noting that Tourist Kermit was also a 9'', but I'll readily break my rule for KermitOriginally Posted by Qsk50

Of course, they had me at "Electric Mayhem." Oh the cherished (and all true!) life stories I've earned that ultimately revolve around a fictional felt band ....

I really don't know who most of these muppet characters are because I never have seen any of the movies. All I have seen has been the muppet babies cartoons so I only know who those characters are. But I still think some of them look really cute and will most likely get some... or all. Maybe I should watch the movies just to get an idea of who they are.
I was not into series one but Electric Mayhem! I will have to get the band together!
I wonder if Series 2 will have PIGS IN SPACE!!!
I hope Sam Eagle and Animal will be 3" Those 9" are just too expensive when you are trying to put a series together.
I'm looking forward to adding Scooter, Sam Eagle, Gonzo and Electric Mayhem to go along with the rest of the gang from Series 1.
I've never bought a tray before but I'm considering buying one for Muppets 2. The Muppets are my fave and I know I'm going to want the entire series!

Muppet Babies was pretty awesome back in the day, but still,! None of the movies? None of the tv shows (primarily The Muppet Show, but the newer incarnation had some good moments)?

I'm really excited to see more previews from this series. As for everyone that keeps asking about the Sam Eagle vinyl, it's been confirmed multiple times that it will be a 9" and not a 3".
Extremely excited about this series. I wish they would show off some previews already... I'm kind of iffy on the Sam 9". After seeing the concept art I just hope the final product has enough detail to keep it from looking simply like a plain blue vinyl. That's been my problem with the vinyls lately. There has to be enough detail for me so they don't just look like plain figures.
The Kermit Muppetvision vinyl seems like it could be excellent.
Can't wait to see more...

I was at my local Disney Store and the CM told me that they would be carrying Muppets 2 in the store starting on the 15th of April. Has anyone else received this information from their local store?
hmmm i hope the stores do carry them!! I dont have many of muppets 1, but i want to get a head start on muppets 2!
PS... did anyone see that theyre doing a remake of the muppet movie this year? I want to make sure i get the muppet stuff before that, i'm afraid the new movie will renew interest and they will become hot tickets!
this set cant get here soon enough, and disneymama the movie coming out this year isnt a remake

DS will be carrying the Muppets 2 series by April 15. I don't have a street date yet, but my store is getting them in shipment next week.
It's a whole new story and a whole new movie.

Spoke with someone who has seen the display and apparently we can expect to see PIGS IN SPACE. I'm assuming the info is accurate but I don't have proof, so we'll see...

I'm excited for Sam, but I really think Disney dropped the ball by not having a Sweetums 9" and Robin Jr. combo pack (similar to the villians)...would have been perfect!
Oh and I think I would die of happiness if Gonzo came with a Jr. Camilla :P
