Has anyone ever run a MouseAdventure scavenger hunt? I'm interested in doing the next one, but I've read the description and still am not entirely sure what the scavenger hunt entails. I was wondering if anyone here has any feedback on the event.

I've never taken part in it but i read about it a while ago and it sounds like so much fun, if i could physically do it i would definatly go for it, you would learn tons about the park and you have chances to win great prizes, all in all sounds like a great time if you can get a team together :)

Hi,
First off, I want to say that I've been kind of M.I.A. lately – just been busy with school, work, and of course, visiting Disneyland. Hopefully it won't happen again, or for such long periods of time.
But anyways, I've done Mouse Adventures before and it is indeed a fun event, but definitely exhausting and very competitive. You go around the park solving puzzles that involve riding rides while using your disney knowledge to gain points and the team with the most points wins.
For example, a puzzle I've had to solve during the event involved my team needing to ride It's a small world. Part of the puzzle included a sheet that had the moons on one side of the sheet and the suns on the other and we had to draw lines to match up which moons were in the same rooms as the suns (matching game). As you drew the lines to amtch up the suns and moons, you notice the lines would also match up on top of words placed in between the puzzles. You then need to mix up the selected words in the right order to form a question. In the case of this puzzle, the question is when did It's a Small world debut and the answer was 1964 (known by knowledge or going to the plaque that shows it in front of the attraction).
Other competitions include iSpy type of games (given a cropped image and you have to guess where that image was taken) and other crazy trivia.
They change up the game style each "semester" so wha tyou experience could and probably will be different than the last, but one thing is in common - it's all fun :)
