Well, here's a list of rides that have been added or had major updates in the past 10 years:

Magic Kingdom - Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor, Stitch's Great Escape, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Space Mountain (Queue area)
EPCOT - The Sum of All Thrills, Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros, Soarin', Turtle Talk with Crush, Mission:SPACE, Reflections of China, Journey into Imagination with Figment
DHS - The American Idol Experience, Toy Story Midway Mania!, Lights, Motor, Action! Extreme Stunt Show, Playhouse Disney Live on Stage
Animal Kingdom - Finding Nemo: The Musical, Expedition Everest, Primeval Whirl, TriceraTop Spin

As far as MUST DO, in the MK I always recommend the 3 mountains (Space, Splash, Big Thunder), and I would suggest you visit ToonTown, especially Mickey and Minnie's houses, as this is your last chance (being torn down for the Fantasyland Expansion)
If you plan on doing Toy Story Mania, get to DHS at rope drop and run back there. Seriously. You'll be able to go through the line once and grab fastpasses for that afternoon on your way out lol - if you didn't know this ride usually has a 90+ minute wait and fastpasses are gone by 10-11am.
If you've never done Soarin' at EPCOT, this is a definite MUST, while in Future World don't forget to stop in Coca-Cola's Club Cool for some FREE (Yes, in WDW!) sodas from around the world.

I can imagine that is nice, we took the tour of the simulated Bay Lake Tower for the DVC last year and they said you could sit in your jacuzzi tub open the balcony door and watch the fireworks from them. That sounds nice. I would love to stay there next time, I keep checking the dvc point rental just in case.

I've seen the view from the observation deck at the DVC building and it's a nice different view. It's watching the fireworks with Space Mountain in the background.

We went for 4 days in June and have wanted to go back ever since. Not until May though.

My wife and i plan on staying at baylake towers next july she found a site that sells DVC points for 13 bucks a pop ill get the link if anyone intrested but its almost cheaper then staying at Port Orleans for a week
