I Think Iger has tripped with some of his moves he has done since D23.

They all do, it comes with the territory- but his willingness to let his people make their own decisions is missing in a lot of today's business world.

Iger definitely seems to have a good head on his shoulders. As CEO's go he seems to have Disney on a positive track. I'm reading one of the WED biographies right now and it's interesting how his talk about heritage vs. innovation mirror Walt's own values.

We saw him at Animal Kingdom Lodge on spring break with his family it was cool. I felt like I saw Lady Gaga or something in person. lol We didn't say hi to him, but he was with a guy that looked like Steven Spielberg (it wasn't) and my sister's fiance yelled out to him, "Hey Steven is that you!?" lol
