The print at the bottem of their feet both say Edition Size 500.
Do you guys have ones that say that as well? And if so, what do you believe? The box that says 400 or the figure that states 500?
Sorry if this is a repeat post

I do remember (after hours spent hitting F5 ) seeing on the online Disney store that both Peter Pan and Tiki were listed in the description as LE 400. Of course they could be wrong, wouldn't be the first mistake...

Maybe they are an edition of 500, but Disney kept 100 for themselves?!? I always wonder when I'm in D-Street in Anaheim, because they have a 9" winnie the pooh/piglet on display, I wonder if those count toward the edition size, since they're display only? Or maybe they sell the display vinyls, but only if you ask?

I really want my Tiki to get here soon, it's not supposed to get here until tomorrow, and I'm super nervous that it's going to turn out to be a Lion King!

My tiki (just received it today...my first 9"!! :D) as well has the LE500 stamp on the bottom, and the LE400 on the box.

Besides a Mistake, the only thing I can think of is that Disney made 100 extra for themselves, display, artists, etc? Either way, I really love my Tiki Vinyl! I have a feeling that there are quite a few 9" vinyls in my future.

You know what, thats a good question. All the 9" that are on display in the new vinlymation stores, are they part of the edition size or just extras?

I was curious about this as well with so many displays at D-Street and other stores with these figures if they are included in the LE #'s or not. Might be a question for someone to ask Steven or Donald at one of the next events

I am stood corrected. I guess there are 500. They could have artist proofs on these too.

Disney posted this on the vinylmation blog yesterday (5/14)...

Why do some of the Park Series #4 9" figures say Limited Edition of 500 on their feet, yet are labeled on the box as limited edition of 400?

Steven Miller:
What do they say, "To err is human?" That's about the only answer I can provide. I'm guessing you are referring to the Enchanted Tiki Room and Peter Pan from Park #4. I can say that only 400 of each were produced.
