Urban 3 9inchers hitting WDW on March 19th!

Vinylmation™ collectors in the Walt Disney World® area should note that the release date for the Urban #3 9" figures will now be March 19. To purchase one of the figures, visit one of the following store locations:

At 5pm today, Frontierland Trading Post had 4 of the 5, no Blue Bear. I didnt ask about what may be in "the back" since I dont get any Urbans.

Ok I couldn't help myself and had to go out to see. I got Cavebear, Birds on a Wire, Speech Bubbles and the Monster set. When you said they didn't have the blue bear I thought you were referring to the Monster set as they are blue. It is actually the purple bear with overalls that they didn't have. So next Friday I will just need to go seeking just that one!!

Oh yea, I guess he is purple, I only knew there were 2 and they had the caveman, congrats, my favorite part is that they arent even one of the shops that are supposed to have them!

They really shouldn't have tried to wait a whole week to release them if they had them in. Doesn't really make any sense and this is a by product that other locations that carry vinylmation may get them in by accident and not know that they aren't supposed to have them or put them out. Oh well, my luck, their loss.

My annual pass expired and I haven't renewed it yet. If it was still good I would have gone to the parks to see if I could have found them. Oh well. I'll just have to wait till Friday and go to DTD.

And as it is they have been running low and some of the 5 locations have completely run out of stock. I am guessing the other order of Muppets is still on the slow boat for both coasts. At least the Urban 3 9" boat arrived!!

I know you are all being hopeful with the Muppets just appearing, but if there hasn't been an announcement, more then likely they have not gotten them in. I am sure we will hear an release date before they start appearing on the shelves. It is more likely to hear the date and then see them before arrive in locations by accident before the release date then to see them in the stores before an announcement for a release date is made.

Hopefully the Park 4 boat has a faster motor on it! LOL!!

We can only hope Park 4 has a faster boat! :lol: Let's also hope they don't release say Space Mountain on the West and Park 4 on the East, that would be so bad! :lol:

I was at EPCOT last Saturday and Mouse Gear had Cave Bear & Birds on a Wire. I didn't even realize they weren't supposed to be out. I dont watch the 9" very closely.

I was at magic kingdom on Saturday. I wish I had known these were out in frontierland. Anyway, here's hoping for a smooth release Friday.

I think they will end up sitting on the shelves like here at Disneyland! I'm waiting for the ebay market to be flooded with these for unreasonable prices on Friday! :lol:

I'm thinking it may not. Since Disneyland had them for a while now, I've seen a few on there but didn't really watch to see how much they ended up going for. If the ebayers on the West Coast were not buying them up and posting them like crazy, I would tend to believe the East Coasters have been watching and may lay low until Park 4 hits.
