Lots of great entries everyone! I would be lieing if I didn't admit I find it a bit upsetting to see the one with just some Mickey colors thrown on it is winning. There really is no design to it. It seems everyone put so much work, time, and effort into theirs and treated the contest like a chance to design a whole new canvas. I dunno, I just find all these amazing urban designs, whom stayed away from the typical disney stuff, so much more interesting. Its winning by a lot though so I am apparently alone in thinking this! :lol: Oh well, the people have spoken! No offense meant, just my opinion :)

Great job again though guys! My favorties were Earth, Voodoo, and Fireworks to name a few :)

These are all really great designs! Some I would buy and some I wouldn't but that's just the way it goes I guess. I voted for Magic in the Bayou. I think that it is an absolutely stellar design that would look wonderful on a shirt.

There are so many Disney-centric sites out there that sell shirts that they have made with actual Disney characters on them. If Disney doesn't pitch a fit over that then I doubt they'll have a problem with us using the colors red and yellow together. :lol:

I voted for Voodoo because it's a great design, but now that I think more about it, I wonder if perhaps Classic isn't the best because it sort of symbolizes what the site is about. That one or just one of the silly ones like Ballo00on or Monster.

yep, both criteria's for me, so I chose the city skyline because i think vinylmations can make their own city out of mickeys (yes, I'm aware that probably doesn't make sense to anyone else but the voices in my head :lol:) So that's why that one got my vote :thumbsup:

I chose Classic Mouse because it gives that coonection to Disney. The shape of the mouse with the ears doesn't really scream "Mickey Mouse" or "Disney" to me when just looking at the outline. I think, for the first shirt or merchandise, there needs to be that hard connection to Disney. Classic Mouse does that, IMHO. All of the designs are great though.

The Fortune Forums design was done because I'm quite fond of all things Lucky Cat haha The Ballo0on was a twisted merging of my favorite vinyls, Urban 1 Monster and Park 1 Balloon Chaser.

I'm with BigAl_PT in saying it would be great to have shirts of some of the other designs! I'd love to have a Voodoo one myself :)

So I open my Princess and the Frog Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack I bought yesterday at Best Buy and there is the insert for the Disney Moview Rewards program. There is a picture of a computer mouse on the insert, that has mouse ears...and is colored to resemble Mickey. I'm thinking that someone at Disney is lurking here on the boards and stole the design!

But it kind of re-enforces my point that I think the design coloring the mouse like Mickey is the most effective and appropriate for the first shirt.
