So the Living with the Land thread reminded me that I did a load of Disney tours last year, so I wondered if anyone else has done any and which ones?

We did -
Keys to the Kingdom
Seas Aqua
Behind the seeds
Around the world on a segway
Backstage safari

I'm not sure I could pick a favourite because they were all great! I would like to know which other ones you recommend though :)

I've done the Around the World at Epcot Segway Tour & Wilderness Back Trail Adventure Segway Tour.

We've also done the shorter, cheaper Segway thing in Epcot. The one that brings you to that little garden area outside of innoventions to free-ride for a while.

We like Segways.

I'd do the Segway tours, but there's no way I'd spend money to do the Keys to the Kingdom tour which I could probably serve as the tour guide myself.

The Segway ones seem fun though. I like doing the short tutorial they have in Innoventions.

I've only done the Behind the Seeds tour and the Backstage Pass tour....which was one of the most amazing things I've ever done at Disney. Being able to go backstage at all three parks and seeing what is usually reserved for cast member eyes only was exciting!

Is the Backstage Pass tour the ones that's about 7hours long or something?

I think the Around the World at Epcot Segway Tour is more interesting and informative, but the Wilderness Back Trail Adventure Segway Tour was more fun as far as getting to ride a round on the segways. They even bring you to the stables where you get to see all of the horses on property that they use for various parades and such. I think they were both well-worth the money and would do them again.

We looked at the tours on offer on the DCL, and they used to do a Segway tour in Nassau which I was interested in. I did a quick google search and it seems to have been pulled after some people got robbed on the tour :yikes:

That would have been nice though.

Yea it's an all day thing. But they take you to three of the four parks and feed you twice. Overall I almost wish it was a little longer haha

I've done the Behind the Seeds (good if your guide is good!) and the Keys to the Kingdom which I thought was very much worth the money.

I'd like to do a Living Seas one next and a Segway one at some point.

eh, Nassau isnt that great. Seriously the only thing that's worth it is the Atlantis Hotel. But yea they had an issue back in November with cruise passagers getting robbed at gun point.

Ahh okay. I want to do that eventually. One of these days.

On my first trip to WDW as an adult I did the Keys to the kingdom tour. it was a very cool tour. i knew a lot of the info already but going backstage and seeing the utilidor was pretty cool for this being my first "adult" trip. On my last trip, my wife and I did the behind the seeds tour. We had a really good guide and i actually really enjoy the living with the land attraction but i felt like the tour doesnt really add that much to the attraction unless you are heavily interested in gardening or insects. i don't know if this counts as a tour, but on our last trip we also did dining with an imagineer at the hollywood brown derby. this was awesome. it was just the imagineer, but the other 3 people who had lunch with us were all disney employees and it was very interesting to get to talk to all of them. two of them work in employee relations and the other one had a pretty high up job in marketing.

I've done The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains Tour which was very cool, great tour to get pre-opening pictures of the park, especially main street with no one but a few workers on it, and to see how they prepare the trains and monorails for operation. Also, you get to take a full trip around the park as they check the engines, tracks, etc before backing the train into the roundhouse and taking a tour there. Definitely recommend this tour!

We've done the Segway tour at Epcot, which my husband loved but I hated and the keys to the kingdom tour which we both fully enjoyed, it was expensive but worth every penny/cent!!!
Gotta love lunch at Columbia harbour house.

I did Keys to the Kingdom years ago when I turned 16 and it was a lot of fun. We're doing it again this summer with my sister this time cause she just turned 16. I already know what the untilidoors look like after being a CM but it's still cool to hear all the inside info
