Just wondered who else collected these Vinyl figures of transformers, marvel characters, GI Joe, Star Wars and Indiana Jones?

i wanted to start collecting because i am a huge transformers fan, but then i got hooked onto vinylmation lol. you should see some of the custom designs that are-jay has made.

i love the star wars ones! They're so adorable! :happy: err, I mean... cool (my brother wouldn't appreciate me associating adorable with star wars :lol:)

I am a HUGE starwars collector....or well used to be, no so much with these newer movies that were released, my prized possesion is still my silver mylar 10th anniversary poser for The Empire Strikes Back.

yeaj im not gonna lie i love star wars as well. i forgot they made mighty muggs for them. There is this spot near my house with literally like 4 or 5 collectible stores in one area its like the best. They have cases full of star wars, transformers, and other collectibes. Its so amazing to see all the different collectibles they have.

omg im jealous, all we have around here are the mall chains of comics n stuff. I do all my baseball trading through baseball message boards and am still to find a place to trade star wars. I have a lot of exclusives to the san diego comic con.

if anyone is interested in GI Joe mighty muggs i have been seeing them around tj max and marshalls for like 5 or 6.99. Its a pretty good deal.

I have the 2 Ewoks, cuz I collect Ewok toys and these 2 came out GREAT. Then I snagged a C3P0 on sale at Target for $4, so I had to get it.
I also have the Comic Con 08 Indiana Jones Fertility Idol, I wanted to get something while I was there, but he doesnt really go with my collection so I have him New in the box to one day trade.
And I have the Comic Con 09 Optimus Prime cuz, well, it's Optimus Prime, how could you not have an Optimus Prime toy in your house??

my collection contains all of the transformers and all the marvel mighty muggs, only missing thor and the just released Iron Man 2 mighty muggs, i REALLY want War Machine. I have heard they are no longer making star wars or GI Joe muggs anymore, or at least for the time being. And from now on Mighty Muggs are to be a Toys R Us exclusive so thats why you have been seeing them at clearance at most places.

my collection of mighty muggs is mostly star wars.. i have the stormtrooper, darth vader, emperor palpatine, scout trooper,shadow stormtrooper(previews exclusive), royal guard, boba fett, jango fett, captain rex, darth revan, commander Gree (SDCC Exclusive) and the 2 darth mauls (with shirt on and shirtless).. :look:

kinda fell off after i started collecting vinylmation. but i just looked in to upcoming series and might pick it up again. still trying to figure out the best way to display them too.

I was always really impressed with Mighty Muggs but the only ones I ever bought were Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow because I thought the made a great pair. But if I ever found Revan I'd have to buy him too because I was rather obsessed with KOTOR for a while. If they came out with Malak I'd probably hunt them both down with no regard to price....

yes definatly sad these didnt take off like I hoped they would. At least they havent given up completely yet and are still coming out with a few, just in smaller runs im guessing, Like the newest transformers ones with jazz and shockwave, and the 2 iron man 2 ones with iron man mark IV and war machine. All im missing right now is thor and the 2 newest from Iron man 2 and i'll have them all. Also they are coming out with another Comic Con Exclusive Iron Man but his Helmet/Mask slides up revealing Tony Stark. So to me they havent given up they just scaled back a lot and are trying to feel out the market still. Hopefully though with other vinyl toys becoming very popular they will come out with more very soon. I still wonder what happened to the Target Exclusive Magneto and Iceman lol

Also I just found the Iron Man 2 might muggs at a Toys R Us in Burbank, I got the Only War Machine they had and thank god the box was perfect He looks AMAZING by the way and the Iron man looks awesome to, They had like 3 or 4 more of him. I will try and post a pic of them a little later on today.

Just wanted to share my latest hauls from Toys R Us. Really love shockwave and Jazz, they look aweseom, the movie versions of Optimus Prime and Bumble Bee ehh not so much but still cool.

I bought my first mighty mugg today from ross and it is luke skywalker. I think im just going to buy the ones i really really like or if its cheap like the ones at ross or marshalls since they're only 5 bucks lol.

I have a couple boxes full of them in the closet. Sadly, the only ones we actually have out on display now are my wife's Transformers Muggs. She even has an Optimus Prime Mighty Mugg on her desk at work--I could NEVER get her to do that with a Vinylmation!:doh:

yeah i've seen a bunch of GI Joe might muggs at ross and marshalls. they usually have cobra commander, duke, and destro. i saw snake eyes once. i knew i should have bought him when i had the chance. 5 bucks is such a steal.

I collect MM too. Have most of the TF and Joes. Also have many of the Star Wars. Finally got Dr. Jones for Christmas. (I heart Sean Connery) I know I'm forgetting some. I'll have to post pics one day. :) What I love about the VM is that they are similar to MM, but more detailed and smaller.
