That is very fair considering today's release of the Marathons 3-inch ones were $14.95 each! And those are nowhere near as cool as the Wall-E and nowhere near as Limited in numbers!

Hooray! I'm looking forward to both of these. Does anyone else here absolutely love the back portion of Cinderella featuring her and the prince? I think it really looks amazing. I wonder if either of these days Jan 15/22 will also see the release of Urban 3 9" vinyls or the Space Mountain 9". Only time will tell. Man, 2010 is really starting off with a bang for vinylmation pieces!

I love all three of these! The WALL-E & EVE set is great. Hopefully I'll be able to find one that's a reasonable price. (ugh...yet another downside of not living near the parks!). And of course, the Cinderella tin is awesome. It may become my new favorite! Can't wait to see it in person!

The Cinderella one is listed as a commemorative one, not a limited edition, so it would fall under "limited release" as we probably won't know how many there really are. Just as always, when they are gone, they are gone!!

Easiest place to go is the Art of Disney store at Downtown Disney Marketplace (next to Rainforest Cafe). They usually get every new VM that is widely released. They also have artist signing events there.

This is what the VM Blog said..
The set will have an edition size of 500 and will come with both Wall-E and Eve in the same box. Again the packaging for this set is great and we will feature a picture of it in an upcoming blog. The release date for will be January, 22.

Space Mountain has not been released yet. Once we hear the release date and any futher specifics then we may be able to. The Marathon ended just yesterday, Sunday, so any extras they have will take a few days to be moved to any other locations that may possibly be selling them.

Never got confirmation one way or the other about it being released tomorrow since I didn't notice it until late. However, I definitely think it was an error by the DisneyParks Twitter account since everything else we've heard has pointed to the 15th.

After looking around I can confirm it was indeed a mistake and is not out yet. It was a long shot but yes it was an accident.


I also asked about the Cinderella ans space mountian to the people at d-street and they said they had no idea when anything was coming out, although they sounded like they new more then they were saying. He did say he had seen the walle set and that for sure is the 22nd. So no new info on anything unfortunatley.

This is a great question and I don't think it has been answered before or has sort of been answered by the thread below. Basically, If you want to order from any store within the parks the best place to start would be either emailing or calling the following (NOTE: The hyperlink below shows the phone numbers)

There are email addresses for both, but honestly I have seen those change time and again throughout the years so I would rely more on the phone numbers although those sometimes change also. I have searched throughout the internet for store numbers within the parks and I think those are mostly kept pretty secret and literally always changing, that is why when you purchase something from WDW it usually has the number for WDW Mail Order. You can find numbers to specific shops, but may have some difficulty ordering something over the phone from them. I called some Disneyland stores last year for some items, and they where already sold out but have heard others state they would not sell them an item unless they where a guest in the park. Kind of makes sense since they already have DelivEARS and WDW Mail Order to perform this function for both parks, plus they can typically see everything that is available throughout the park through their inventory system. Hope this helps...
